This is a Bluetooth label printer so you have to download the Flash Mini app to use the label printer. I downloaded the app for my iPhone. Absolutely zero issues with the actual hardware, but that app is terrible, very un-intuitive and does not even display the entire label when you are trying set up a new label unless it it a tiny one. Also, every time you try to type some text on a new label, the words Double Click immediately appear on your new label and you have to delete it each and every time by double clicking the space bar (took me 20 minutes to figure that out), otherwise the label you print will have the words double click UNDER your text. Also, if you click the wrong button, the text on you draft label can no longer be edited and you have to start over to make any changes. I really wonder if anyone actually tested this app before they put it out.

Portable, lightweight, easy to use

I love this product, it does produce small labels, but it is perfect for labeling things that you want to identify and don’t want to hand print. I use the labels on a lot of my charging cords for the different products.

Easy to use and makes clear labels.

It’s so cute! Very portable and easy to use. I use it to label my drawers. The font size is adjustable and you can also add some cute pictures on the label. I totally love it!

Easy to link to phone and easy process

It is a small label maker with great price. It is user friendly, just follow the steps and it prints out the labels

I like this little printer. It comes with pre-sized labels. It is very easy to load and pair with your phone. It is a little complicated how to use the app, and I cant get it to help so not sure if I am using it right, but it does print nice little labels. I need to get continuous labels so I can make longer labels. Easy to cut the label from the maker and to peel the label from its backing. So much easier to type in my phone than on label makers that you have to type on.

On the plus side, this label maker is pink and cute. The adhesive backing on the labels is strong. On the negative side, there is big learning curve for a first-time user of a Bluetooth label maker. The Quick Instructions, required a magnifying glass for me to read. After 15 minutes of reading, I realized I needed to charge it up before using...duh! This should be Step 1 in the instructions. This device requires downloading the Meta Print App, which was easy to download on my iPhone. However, the app required some detective work to discover how to print a simple label. I found I had to create the label on the app before turning on the device, otherwise, it would shoot out a blank label, thereby wasting labels. Thankfully, you can open the top and put the labels back in, but then its difficult to center the printing. I would suggest pre-planning your labels, and then printing them out in one sitting. Otherwise, you will be wasting a lot of time, when you could have made hand-written labels in one-tenth of the time. If you want tiny labels, you will probably be pleased. If you want larger labels, look for a different device.
