This could be a really defective product, but I simply cant get it to print a single legible label. The printer feeds just fine when you press the power button once for it to auto-learn the label position, but as soon as you actually print anything on the tape, it gets stuck for a split second about 4-5 times during the label printing process, resulting in squished and overlapping letters. I tried with 2 different rolls of tape - all the same. return to Amazon it goes

The PikDik Label Maker makes short work of creating labels for office files, small containers, charging cords, etc. The labels are are small but I am finding ways to use them in the home office and around the house. The unit is compact and paired easily with the app. The directions are a bit confusing but I finally figured them out. Maybe I’m missing something but I can’t find out how to reorder a roll of labels. A handy little label maker for small items.

It never worked with the app nor with direct connection Bluetooth connection.

The app is not connecting to my device for some reason. It shows up in bluetooth but it wont let me click on it and the help desk isnt responding. The machine worked perfectly fine on the first week tho but now the app wont connect it even though the name shows up so Im not able to use the label maker at all. Pls fix the app otherwise the device is useless. And the app has horrible reviews on the Play store too

This is a Bluetooth label printer so you have to download the Flash Mini app to use the label printer. I downloaded the app for my iPhone. Absolutely zero issues with the actual hardware, but that app is terrible, very un-intuitive and does not even display the entire label when you are trying set up a new label unless it it a tiny one. Also, every time you try to type some text on a new label, the words Double Click immediately appear on your new label and you have to delete it each and every time by double clicking the space bar (took me 20 minutes to figure that out), otherwise the label you print will have the words double click UNDER your text. Also, if you click the wrong button, the text on you draft label can no longer be edited and you have to start over to make any changes. I really wonder if anyone actually tested this app before they put it out.

This label makers is very useful, I can use it to print labels and stick them on my daughters belongings, so as to prevent her from losing her belongings. This maker is fully operated on his app, which can add border, two-dimensional code, graffiti, etc., and you can also freely edit what you want to print. The maker also comes with a cutting knife, and you can cut off labels by pushing up, which is very useful. I hope I can buy the printer paper to match this label makers!

This little device is so handy and easy to use, I will need to find where to get more labels from but I would definitely purchase again.

Searched internet on L12 and printed out larger instructions sheets. Exactly what I wanted. Replaced old manual embossing label maker.
