I’ve had this for a week now and so far so good! Right out of the box the image quality isn’t absolutely perfect, but a quick YouTube search for good settings had everything looking amazing very quickly! This monitor is huge, it’s been great for my work flow and for gaming as well(The Witcher 3 at ultra settings is gorgeous). I will say if you have any weird image things in your games- turn off overdrive in the settings! Took me a while to figure that one out. Also, you’ll need to go into your settings and enable free sync if you have a Gpu that supports it. The base is metal and structurally sound the overall quality for the price is a 10/10 from me and I highly recommended this monitor. I’ll also note I’m using the display port if that matters! Great job Pixio, I was definitely worried I was spending too little and expecting too much- but this monitor is amazing.

Im going to make this short and sweet. This monitor is exactly what you are looking for when gaming on a budget. (minus the stand, its not bad but if you want to be able to adjust height and rotation get a third party VESA mount for your desk or wall) Response time: Immaculate - dont let these overly in depth reviews on YouTube discourage you. You will definitely experience the 165 Hz refresh rate whether performing simple tasks or while gaming. Size: Perfect. 1080p is best experienced at 24-25 inches. Anything higher would make the image less defined and stretched. Speakers are terrible but you definitely shouldnt game with display speakers. The speakers are just super low. but this is a sacrifice for image quality and response times. It is an IPS panel so the colors are accurate. The overall picture quality is incredible and colors are so vibrant. Overall it is the best budget gaming monitor i could find and definitely worth your money.

I needed a non-curved flat 32 LCD with freesync and connection ports at the bottom of the monitor for my arcade Mame cabinet setup. For me it was hard to find suitable non-curved LCDs at 32 with fast response and freesync or gsync these days. At $300, good overall reviews on the web, this is a great monitor that checked all my boxes. Though the colors are slightly more dull because of the VA panel when compared to my other IPS LCD. This was an expected trade-off for an affordable, smoother, input lag reducing, tear free gaming of my arcade classics and then some at this time. Its not that bad at all, but if offered with same spec 32 non-curved IPS panel it would be 5 stars. Only issue so far is with Pixios overdrive response setting on high. All of my games slow or fast moving had bad shadowing. Fixed it by setting overdrive back to Medium. Other than that, havent experienced any other issues yet, so far so good.

My 15yr old son loves this monitor for gaming. Says it has better graphics than his curved monitor that was three times the price, happy buyer!

Let me start by saying there is nothing really wrong with the product. Just be aware that if you HAVE to have a 32 1440P monitor and you have to stay within budget, then this monitor will do. Now, I spent a couple of days researching and talking with support to see how to fix the issues I had: 1- Picture was washed out 2- There were auras around bright objects in gameplay, like some flowers in Minecraft 3- The introduction to Assasins Creed which is already heavy photo-negative was an almost full negative effect 4- RedRedemption 2 - the hair (especially beards) were even funkier than they normally are 4 OSD was very quirky After a couple of back and forth between Pixio and EVGA, one saying it was the GPU (GTX 3060 Ti) and the other one blaming the monitor, I took the card out and tested it on my old PC with a 1080P monitor. The picture was clear and the colors vibrant. I put the GPU back in my new build and connected the older 32 LG 1080P monitor with the same results. With this, I KNEW it wasnt the GPU. Sadly there was nothing else the guys at Pixio could do so I decided to return the monitor. I went with a smaller 27 LG (LG-27GL850-B) that I got at Best Buy for around $499. The picture is beautiful, with no auras or ghosting and PnP for G-Sync. Basically what I was expecting when I went from 1080P to 1440P. Of course, the 1ms response helps :)

The good: -No dead pixels, or any other significant defects, on my sample. -Extremely low input/processing latency. -Solid OSD options, including a usefully granular black boost control. -Stand is sturdier than I was expecting. -Better contrast and blacks than virtually any TN or IPS panel without FALD. -Minimal black crush. -VRR (VESA Adaptive Sync/Freesync/G-Sync) works. -165Hz refresh rate without VRR, 48-144Hz with it. -Thin overall, minimal bezel, and no-nonsense styling. The bad: -Absurd dead pixel policy of 99.99% guaranteed working pixels...which means almost 400 of them can be defective before the display is eligible for warranty. -Contrast relatively poor for a VA panel; closer to 2000:1 static than advertised 3000:1. -Default settings no where near accurate; needs considerable adjustment for best results. -Response time borderline for 144Hz+. -Noticeable overshoot ghosting on highest overdrive setting. -Mild color uniformity issues. -Cheap screws for stand; stripped the heads on at least one of them first install. In the end, I would definitely recommend this display to anyone looking for a solid gaming and general use experience on a 32 1440p display without spending a fortune. Its one of only two non-curved display lines with these specs that Ive been able to find, and Ive had better experiences with this one.

I’m a videographer by day and gamer by night. Color and picture quality are always important. This monitor was a perfect budget option for working on the go. Paired well with my MacBook Pro. Have yet to try it for gaming but look forward to it. Only downside was I bought this from Amazon Warehouse and the video/data capable usb-c to usb-c cable was missing from the box. As Mac users know this is essential for connecting the monitor to the MacBook Pro and not all cables are created equal when it comes to usb-c or Thunderbolt 3. So it took some time to hunt down a cable that work when it should have been included with the original product packaging.

Image quality out of the box is great, I only applied slightly different calibrations based on what looks good to me. I cannot detect any dead pixels. The stand doesnt offer height adjustment, but it does the job in my opinion. This monitor comes with the standard VESA mount if you want to use a monitor arm. The bezels are nice and slim, and the monitor doesnt have that tacky gamer look. Gaming performance is great, Freesync works well on my Radeon 5500 XT and gaming is smooth and very enjoyable. This is my first 144hz monitor and im glad I gave Pixio a chance, they seem to make fantastic monitors. Buy this monitor if your interested in getting into high refresh gaming at a good price.
