> 3 dayI decided to try this luggage after my current large luggage was almost completely destroyed after a rough plane ride (it was old luggage, to be fair). This replacement has been a true upgrade and a godsend! The luggage is lightweight but strong and does not seem like it would be easily damaged. Its easy to move, with smooth wheels that can roll in 360 degrees. The inside is spacious with thick pocket flaps and some smaller zipper pockets for small items. The luggage comes with a lock and looks recognizable and high quality. The dark blue is genderless for those that are worried about having feminine appearing luggage (supposedly those can be targeted more often by thieves).

> 3 dayThe item was delivered directly by Amazon, but not in any packaging at all. It was supposed to be like new and in the original packaging. Neither was true, but the item was still at least in very good condition. Im tempted to return it, but its still not a bad deal. Overall, the product is fine, but the delayed delivery, no packaging, and condition is disappointing. Im guessing that the specific used item I ordered wasnt conveniently located for cheap delivery purposes, so they just shipped whatever they had.

Greater than one weekI bought this suitcase for a three week trip in Portugal. It was light and easy to roll. I steered it through airport corridors and along bumpy cobblestone sidewalks. Yes, the surface of the suitcase does scratch . But who cares? It’s a suitcase!

> 3 dayI think this luggage is very nice, but I also have a platinum elite 21 softside, and noticed a few disadvantages that give it 4 stars instead of 5. I like it, a lot, but really wanted to love it...

> 3 dayThe first time it was used, the zipper broke. I thought that at this price it would be sturdier than it was. I got it for my husband as a Christmas present. I was embarrassed and tried to prove that it was actually a nice case. I think there is a warranty, but not sure what to do—what a pain.

> 3 dayWith the hard divider for the laptop section, it leaves very little room to pack anything inside on that side. And then on the other side, the area that stores the handle, there is at least a 1/2 of dead space that cannot be used, leaving very little room to pack anything on that side as well. Be warned, it doesnt hold much of anything. The area showing is what is available, I smoothed down the lining to hug the hard plastic that encroaches the packing areas. And the exterior is 8 x 13, so also smaller than regulations require.
