Pro tip: works well when powered by USB-C from the host computer, but you won’t get the best picture quality and brightness unless you also plug in the power adapter. If on a Mac - experiment with HDR. I find the picture quality much better with HDR turned *off.* Great and very responsive customer service. Highly recommended.

> 24 hourI was very impressed when I opened this product. I love that there is no branding and the monitor is slick and the design materials are of high quality. Feels sturdy and well built and not too heavy. When I plugged in I tested both my Mac book and Xbox Series X and the picture was excellent. After tweaking the settings I found you could turn on HDR which takes the monitor to the next level. This was very easy to do with the handy instruction manual. I was surprised to see how customizable the screen settings were in such a small package. This is exactly what I was looking for as a good traveling monitor. It will come in handy when I have surgery in a few weeks and will be in the hospital for several weeks. Highly recommend as a great universal monitor.

> 24 hourThe first monitor I received had a defect, but customer service was very attentive, courteous, and quick to help and resolve the matter. I was sent the newest version of the model U156UH. The item arrived in only a couple of days. The image is stunning. The colors are vibrant. My PC confirms the 4K resolution and shows 60Hz capability. There are several visual settings including HDR. The sound works well. The cover that comes with it is nice and sturdy. The newer version is black and textured. Note that the menu button both pushes in and can move up and down at the same time. The image is stable with one HDMI cord and adapter. An extra adapter or cord will cause the image to flicker. Overall this is a great product with great customer service.
How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.
- No software or driver required! A user-friendly portable monitor!

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.
You can also search "USB-C cable 4k video" on Amazon to find the correct USB-C cable.
Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
