Greater than one weekI purchased this to use with a PS5 as I travel for work to various hotels. Granted, most have TVs, but some of them leave items to be desired depending on their age. I use a C1 OLED at home, so this screen is unable to match that quality, but the picture is clear and refresh rate looks good to me (Im not a tech reviewer and dont have testing equipment, so take some random persons assessment for what you will), it worked well for playing God of War Ragnarok. The biggest thing was the portability, it easily fit in a backpack and its slim profile (similar to a tablet) is what won me over. The magnet folding cover can be a little finicky, but it works well. I probably could have sufficed with the 1080p at this size, but I am pleased with my purchase. Updating following assistance from customer service when activating warranty, they are quick to respond and will address any issues you have. Still pleased with the screen several months later.

Greater than one weekI have an M2 Mac Mini connected to a 27 inch 4k display. I needed another display for the desk, that I could also take with me in the off-chance that I need to go mobile with my Mac Mini. I wanted this secondary display to not have to be powered by SideCar. Originally, I ordered the Luna Display to make my iPad an actual display not dependent on SideCar, but it did not work well. So, I started looking at portable monitors… This display is incredible. So vivid, so sharp, and easy to plugin and turn on. The case it comes in protects it, and allows it to stand up on my desk like an ipad. With the Mac Mini’s Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C), I am to power and connect the display with only one cable. No other AC plug-in is required so cable management is easy. The only downside is the speakers are not great quality, but that’s not what I bought it for. Overall great display.

> 3 dayI nice monitor with the USB-C that carries power and video on the left side and the resolution pairs almost perfectly with my 3840x2400 monitor in my notebook. This is 3840x2160 - theres a 1/2 offset but its not bad. This is much better than the 1920x1080 that I returned due to this offset. The width of the screen is a concern because it needs to fit in my backpack - this fits well. The colors are great - theres no garish unknown name plastered on the bezel. It comes with four cables, and a USB-C power block with retractable prongs. Theres some glare in the picture at the top right of the screen - this is due to a window behind me when I took the picture, it doesnt exist in the monitor. Id buy it again - assuming the quality lasts and if theres an issue - the service is good.
How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.
- No software or driver required! A user-friendly portable monitor!

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.

Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A5: No, it doesn"t work. If you want to connect the monitor with your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.
Q6: My Android phone/tablet has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?
A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
