I had thought a portalbe monitor might be a little bit heavy but this monitor is not. I dont know if whether the build quality is solid, but I appreciate this lightness. Overall, I can recommend this monitor.

Note: Monitor is 4K, but if your laptop/PC has external monitor resolution limitations, youll only get the max resolution supported by your computer.

The quality is incredible and the size is more than enough and/or bigger from my laptop screen and it offers high resolution. It’s light, slim and fits in my tool case with my laptop with ease. It comes with three varieties of cable for different use cases, but with my laptop I can use a single USB-C cable provides both power and video. All up, a good replacement for my trusty 1080p external monitor.

Greater than one weekI got this monitor for use as a second screen when I’m away from home or the office. It’s so much easier than using just the little monitor on my 14’ laptop as my primary screen. It’s light, easy to hook up to the laptop, and connects easily with the USB C cable. Easy to carry with me and my laptop when I have to work away from home or the office. Love it so far!

> 3 dayWorks well for a temporary 2nd monitor when needed, quick ability to hook up and take down, picture is as expected. Hookup to a notebook computer that uses just usb-c for power and display.
How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.
You can also search "USB-C cable 4k video" on Amazon to find the correct USB-C cable.
Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A3: Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.

A4: No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.

A5: No, it doesn"t work. If you want to connect the monitor with your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.
Q6: My Android phone/tablet has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?
A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
