> 3 dayThis portable monitor really surprised me. I did not expect it be as nice as it is. I love the matte finish, do not like glossy monitors. It is very sharp, bright as long as use use external power, and can be set to any number of resolution from huge image to so tiny I cannot read it. I requested the monitor stand and received it within a couple days. Correspondence with the company was efficient, pleasant and effective. Seems to be a very good company. Highly recommended.

Greater than one weekIf the monitor wont power on, unexpectedly dims, or starts to flicker, do not use your laptop as the power source. Use the supplied USB cable and the wall charger. Then try powering on your laptop WITHOUT the monitor connected and then plug it in after full boot-up. If the monitor is not automatically resolving to 4K (2840x2160) but seems stuck at HD (1920x1080), do not use a USB hub to connect the HDMI cable to your laptop. (Assuming your laptop graphics card can drive an external monitor at 4K but does not have a built-in 4K HDMI port itself.) Use a straight, in-line mini-HDMI to USB-C adapter. I highly recommend the one made by Anker (available on Amazon @ $18: https://a.co/d/2fbzmd5 ). If these steps dont work, contact Customer Service by email (much faster response than leaving a voice mail message). They will do everything humanly possible to help you.

The quality is incredible and the size is more than enough and/or bigger from my laptop screen and it offers high resolution. How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.

Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
