Greater than one weekI needed a good quality solid portable monitor for my MacBook pro. Up to now, Ive used iPad, since it worked well and gave great resolution, so you could not tell the difference. This product enabled me to replace the iPad and not look back. Much bigger screen, great resolution/picture quality. It is made well, solid. The cables and stand included makes it a pleasure to use. The visual design of it matches my space-gray macbook look. The best part, when I was setting it up and had trouble getting the picture correctly (fixed with one of the settings on the monitor) - I tried calling their 24/7 support line. Got a busy signal and voicemail, which I did not leave. In about 5 minutes!!! someone called back asking if I needed help. Thats a good service!

> 3 dayThis is my second portable monitor. My experience with the first one was very disappointing, and I was concerned that this monitor was going to give me a similar experience. Well, I was pleasantly surprised. The colors are wonderful and the image is just as crisp as the image and colors in my iPad Pro. The steps are very simple. Is basically plug and play. The monitor has a nice design, and is not heavy. Excellent if one wants to travel and needs a larger monitor or just a second one. I would buy this monitor again in a heartbeat…and I just might.

> 3 dayIf the monitor wont power on, unexpectedly dims, or starts to flicker, do not use your laptop as the power source. Use the supplied USB cable and the wall charger. Then try powering on your laptop WITHOUT the monitor connected and then plug it in after full boot-up. If the monitor is not automatically resolving to 4K (2840x2160) but seems stuck at HD (1920x1080), do not use a USB hub to connect the HDMI cable to your laptop. (Assuming your laptop graphics card can drive an external monitor at 4K but does not have a built-in 4K HDMI port itself.) Use a straight, in-line mini-HDMI to USB-C adapter. I highly recommend the one made by Anker (available on Amazon @ $18: https://a.co/d/2fbzmd5 ). If these steps dont work, contact Customer Service by email (much faster response than leaving a voice mail message). They will do everything humanly possible to help you.

> 3 dayGot this for work travel, as Im used to the multiple displays I have in the office. This display is clear, bright, crisp, and being 4K, provides the real estate needed for spreadsheet work. Only requires one cable (USB-C) to work in most cases. Protective cover that acts as a stand is good, but the display tends to slip from its standing position, as the cover material is slick and the indentation that holds the display in position could be deeper. Comes with almost all the cables you would need to hook up the display, and if you need any particular adapters, seller is very good with getting you what you need. Have had a couple emails with customer service, and response is excellent. Overall, no issues, and would buy again.

07-06-2025This is the second travel monitor I try. The first one I returned because the resolution was too low and was not compatible with my laptop from work. This one works a lot better than the first. Easy to connect and setup, very light, colors are great and resolution can be changed to whatever I need. Great compatibility with my work laptop.

Greater than one weekMy expectations were exceeded by this 4K portable monitor, which I recently bought to use as a display for my Nintendo Switch! The portability of this display is another key benefit. Its light and slim that I am able to carry it in my backpack when I travel. The 15.6-inch display is sufficient for extensive gaming sessions. Setting up the monitor with my Nintendo Switch OLED was a breeze. Ive connected it to my MacBook Pro in addition to my Nintendo Switch, and each time it has functioned perfectly. Overall, Im quite happy with my choice of purchasing this monitor.

How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.

Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
