> 3 dayGot this for work travel, as Im used to the multiple displays I have in the office. This display is clear, bright, crisp, and being 4K, provides the real estate needed for spreadsheet work. Only requires one cable (USB-C) to work in most cases. Protective cover that acts as a stand is good, but the display tends to slip from its standing position, as the cover material is slick and the indentation that holds the display in position could be deeper. Comes with almost all the cables you would need to hook up the display, and if you need any particular adapters, seller is very good with getting you what you need. Have had a couple emails with customer service, and response is excellent. Overall, no issues, and would buy again.

> 3 dayI have an M2 Mac Mini connected to a 27 inch 4k display. I needed another display for the desk, that I could also take with me in the off-chance that I need to go mobile with my Mac Mini. I wanted this secondary display to not have to be powered by SideCar. Originally, I ordered the Luna Display to make my iPad an actual display not dependent on SideCar, but it did not work well. So, I started looking at portable monitors… This display is incredible. So vivid, so sharp, and easy to plugin and turn on. The case it comes in protects it, and allows it to stand up on my desk like an ipad. With the Mac Mini’s Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C), I am to power and connect the display with only one cable. No other AC plug-in is required so cable management is easy. The only downside is the speakers are not great quality, but that’s not what I bought it for. Overall great display.

> 3 dayIve purchased travel monitors in the past but I love the resolution on this monitor and the ability to scale all of my pages on the screen. The cover that comes with it is really nice as well and gives me the protection I need when I am traveling. I did notice that it gets brighter when I plug it into power so when I am home or in my hotel, its connected to power. But even on the go, the brightness is good enough for me to work and have an extra screen. Customer service has been excellent as well although I really havent had to use them yet. Highly recommend this purchase.

I currently use a 16 inch macbook pro, so when I was shopping for a portal monitor I wanted one thats about the same size. This one is perfectly sized, sturdily constructed, and bright enough to use on a patio at a coffee shop. A nice bonus is that it uses usb-C to connect AND draw power from the laptop, so no usb adapter needed for the laptop and no power adapter to lug around.

This monitor was absolutely PERFECT. The resolution was great, it was easy to carry in my bag, and I didnt even need to connect it to power so long as I used the provided USB-C cable and my MacBook was connected to power. Ive already recommended it to several friends and family and am looking forward to using this every time I travel.
How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.
- No software or driver required! A user-friendly portable monitor!

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.
You can also search "USB-C cable 4k video" on Amazon to find the correct USB-C cable.
Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )

A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
