This monitor was absolutely PERFECT. The resolution was great, it was easy to carry in my bag, and I didnt even need to connect it to power so long as I used the provided USB-C cable and my MacBook was connected to power. > 3 dayI needed a good quality solid portable monitor for my MacBook pro. Up to now, Ive used iPad, since it worked well and gave great resolution, so you could not tell the difference. This product enabled me to replace the iPad and not look back. Much bigger screen, great resolution/picture quality. It is made well, solid. The cables and stand included makes it a pleasure to use. The visual design of it matches my space-gray macbook look. The best part, when I was setting it up and had trouble getting the picture correctly (fixed with one of the settings on the monitor) - I tried calling their 24/7 support line. Got a busy signal and voicemail, which I did not leave. In about 5 minutes!!! someone called back asking if I needed help. Thats a good service!

> 3 dayAbsolutely beautiful 4k resolution and outstanding customer support!!! This monitor is being used with a 4k microscope camera for research. Absolutely stunning clarity and detail. The observation of chromosomes is clear and vibrant. We has some issue on getting it to show 60hz, but technical support was prompt, explored the issue and responded with a solution that worked. The emails were clearly written, straight to the point, and easy to follow the instructions to properly set it up with our system that has 2 additional monitors connect to it. Highly recommend...!!!

> 3 dayThis monitor was easy to use with or without the included quick-start instructions, and the 4K 60Hz resolution + HDR mode worked without hassle on my work Mac laptop. I enabled Freesync but dont really have a way of testing if its working. Im getting a Lightning-to-HDMI adapter for my iPhone 13 to see if itll work with that too, as thats the main use case I got this for (to watch videos from my phone at a 2K or 4K resolution).

How to connect the monitor to your device?
- If your device has the Thunderbolt 3 port/Full- featured USB-C port, please use the original USB-C cable because most USB-C cables do not support video signal. Note: this 4K monitor needs more power, if you meet the issue of "screen flickering", then please use the original wall charger to power the monitor.
- If your device has the HDMI port, you"ll need the HDMI cable for video and power cable as well.
- If your device has the (mini)DP port (e.g. old surface/ HP Elitebook/ old MacBook), you"ll need a (mini) DP to HDMI adapter in addition.
- When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it would be better to plug the switch"s original power adapter into the monitor for sufficient power supply.
- No battery inside the monitor. So please keep the monitor powered by the wall charger or the USB port on your laptop/PC for continuous power supply.
- No software or driver required! A user-friendly portable monitor!

Q1: Why it doesn"t work when I connect the monitor with my devices by my our USB-C cable.
A1: a. Please make sure the USB-C port on your laptop is a thunderbolt 3/4 port or supports display b. There are two kinds of USB-C cables, USB-C charging cable and USB-C video cable (the original one). Your own cable may be only a charging cable and not compatible.
If the original one stops working, please get in touch with our support team to get a new USB-C cable for free.
You can also search "USB-C cable 4k video" on Amazon to find the correct USB-C cable.
Q2: What if my laptop doesn"t have a USB-C or HDMI port?(e.g Surface Pro/ HP Elitebook/old MacBook )
A2: Please get in touch with our support team and ask for an adapter.
Q3: What should I do if my monitor flickers?
A3: Please make sure you’re powering the monitor by the original wall charger we provided in the package.
Q4: Is this monitor a touchscreen?
A4: No, this monitor is a non-touch screen.
Q5: Does my iPhone work with the monitor by the Apple charging cable?
A5: No, it doesn"t work. If you want to connect the monitor with your iPhone, you will need an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter.
Q6: My Android phone/tablet has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original USB-C to USB-C cable?
A6: Only some series of Samsung phones(please refer to the following list) work with the monitor by the original USB-C to USB-C cable we provided. Other phones/tablets will need a HDTV cable or a wireless display adapter to connect with the monitor.
