Greater than one weekBeen using this for years. I dont care for the smell, kind of strong, but, totally worth it. Minor burns, cuts, sore areas, whatever, put a little on the area, add a band-aid and by morning, feels so much better!

> 3 dayGrowing up, my family used this salve for cuts and bruises and rashes. Years ago it was used on farms to treat injuries on the farm animals. It takes the pain of sores and injuries away and the sores heal very quickly. I first used it at my uncles farm. He used it on his animals as well as the family.

> 3 dayMy grandparents used this on every boo boo I had a a kid...splinter?- no digging, just put on Porters and a bandaid and itll draw it out over night. Takes pain away almost immediately on open wounds. Our local pharmacy was the only place I could ever find this and when it closed a few months ago I took to the internet to find some. So glad I can now get it here.

> 3 dayIt does smell medicinal but nothing that I would complain about. Glad to have a trusted ointment on hand for minor Owies as I am not one to run to the doctor much.

Greater than one weekOur family has been using this salve for over 60 years. It is great for finger cracks in the winter, and any cut that is sore. It used to be sold in drug stores, so I was happy to get it from Amazon! It has analgesic qualities so it heals and takes pain away as well. The original purpose was for the cows teats as a treatment for their udders. Cant find anything else that works as good as this salve! I happen to be a little weird, because I love the smell! It doesnt bother me at all. You really dont need a lot of it for healing a cut or cracked fingers.

Greater than one weekReminds me of the old days at my grandmas farm when we had a ache or pain she would put some salve on and oh how it would feel so good with much relief.

> 3 dayThis is something that I have used growing up. My family has always used it, but it is hard to find around here. We have had four generations use the product, going to give some to the fifth generation and love it as a first aid salve. Use it for anything that you need to draw out, cuts, burns, infection, ingrown hair or nails, slivers even pimples and blackheads. It is great and helps healing so much faster than other first aid creams. It also last a long time because you dont need to use much.
