This is the second one Ive brought in a year. Hopefully this one will last.

STAY STAY STAY AWAY. I plugged it in and everything was fine until 10 secs later it started to make a loud motorcycle noise. I seriously thought someone was outside cutting wood with a chainsaw. There’s also a awful burnt smell it gives when playing. SUPER LOUD. Stay way and don’t but. Immediately returned it.

Kids attempted to play Xbox but it wouldnt turn on. Figured out it was the power supply. None available in the local stores, so very glad to be able to order and receive quickly this replacement without spending a lot. Sitting in the living room I asked if anyone else could hear this loud sound, and everyone pointed to the power supply. A game was not being played at the time. You get used to it but I didnt expect it, after having the original Xbox never make a sound. The Xbox works, however, and Im grateful to be able to have fixed the problem and get on with life, with fast shipping and not a huge expense.

Nothing like the original. This box is very noisy especially if your up late not trying to wake anyone. Gotta turn your tv volume up just to drain out the annoying noise
