The noise is too much just buy the one made by Microsoft.

Bought as a replacement for the original power supply. Within 3 months, started making noise. Failed after 5 months. Shorting out, caused Xbox One to reset back to factory settings, lost all saved games and progress. JUNK! Dont waste your money on this product.

its silent if theirs no load like just watching netflix, its fine then but playing a game its a jet engine and it makes this spinning fan noise and its real fast and annoying and its not even consistent its just REAL LOUD then real quite and it when it gets loud it gets LOUD i was gaming with headphones on and I could hear the power brick fan spinning then it suddenly stops and starts up again

Only last six months! It died today! Pissed!
