Unfortunately the batteries do not work. One will not allow the remote to connect and the other has the d pad operating. I have already tossed all the shipping stuff and packaging. If I can have the batteries replaced that would be great. Ill send the others back if need be

Works like the OEM

I have had this product for maybe 2 weeks now at most and the fan is already malfunctioning. I obviously purchased it hoping it would last a little longer. Like years longer.

Prior to ordering this, I didnt know loud power supplies were a thing. The original one for my X-Box was quiet, no issues till it finally died. When this one arrived, it had an awful high pitched whine. The next morning, it was dead. I got a replacement immediately, this one didnt die, but had the same awful whine. I ordered a different one, but apparently from the same manufacturer, it had the same awful whine, despite claims that its quieter than the original. I wish I had checked all the recent reviews, as every one seems to mention the same whine. The good reviews all seem to be older. Not sure whats changed since then, but Ive given them enough chances. I ordered an OEM one off another site and it works just fine. Dont waste your time.

Was very skeptical about this product bc of reviews. However I bought around October and we are now in March and it is still working fine!

Powers the Xbox fine but is extremely loud. Way louder than the original power brick that they claim is quieter than.
