> 24 hourYou can never have enough USB ports; this helps fill that need. The build quality seems good, the cords fit well, and I have no issues. Its an excellent choice for adding more USB ports to your system.

> 24 hourThis is a compact powered USB hub, each connection has its own power button. The connections are firm and stable, no wobbling of connections. Quite reasonably priced. This is truly one of the best ones I have seen in over 20 years as an IT professional.

> 24 hourI have a 4 port hub that I replaced with this - they are basically the same size. This is very compact, and well built. The sides are metal and very sturdy. It comes with the power adapter and cable that you need to use. It powered all of my devices just fine, and I got full speed on my USB drive transfers. This hub is great and easy to use, I highly recommend.

> 24 hourThis USB hub functions extremely well with full USB 3.0 data transfer speeds. It has the capability to hard disconnect external hard drives, microphones, cameras, printers, etc with the press of a button. The buttons are soft touch and have a blue LED turning on or off to show which ports are active. Its a great hub. It is optionally powered and it transfers data fast. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a few more USB 3.0 ports. I am replacing my old USB hub TENDAK USB 3.0 which is not working any more. Very compact given the number of ports on it. This hub is exactly what I am looking for as a solution to sit on my desk. It looks great, built well and still offers great bandwidth. The body of the hub is made of aluminum. The hub comes with its own power supply and an USB B to USB A/C cable. Its rated at 15 Watts (3 Amps 5 Volts). The USB cable is long enough (3.3 Ft) to reach my desktop with a little extra to spare. With it being both USB A and USB C, this lets me use it on both my home PC and my work laptop which is type c mainly. Overall: I like this hub, it does what I want, does it well for the price, looks good on my desk, and gives me control for each port. It has some extra features, like charging at all times, they have a good warranty policy and offer the ability to get free extended warranty. I have used other products from RSHTECH and have like those as well, I have confidence in their products. Cons: I personally dont have any. Im quite happy with it.

> 24 hourFirst, this USB hub looks nice sitting on my desk. It has no overly flashy branding and the gloss black upper section is a fine complement to the matte black lower section. But besides looking nice it functions extremely well with full USB 3.0 data transfer speeds. But what I needed it for was the ability to hard disconnect hard drives, microphones, cameras, and so on with the press of a button. All those things vampire power while they are plugged in, but not when they are hard disconnected and this hub makes that easy to do. The buttons are soft touch in that they give no feedback when pressed other than the very bright blue LED turning on or off. Which suits me because tactile feedback clicks are not something every device needs anyway. The hub is optionally powered by a wall wart so that more power hungry devices can be used with it, but if you have any concerns about power, be sure to unplug it when you dont need it. Its idle current draw is not very much, but when you add together all the idle current draw sources in your home, it can be a surprising amount added to your power bill each month. Its a great hub. It looks great, it is optionally powered, it transfers data fast, and it allows hard disconnects of devices with the touch of a button. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone who needs a few more USB 3.0 ports.

> 24 hourThis review is for: Powered USB Hub, RSHTECH 7 Port USB 3.0/USB C Hub Upgraded Version Aluminum USB Hub with 2-in-1 USB Cable,5V 3A Power Adapter and Individual Switches, USB Port Expander Hub for Laptop and PC, RSH-ST07 This is a great hub. Ive been using it since it arrived. All the ports work and its a nice touch to be able to turn them on and off individually. Its also nice that you can use either a USB C or a USB 3.0 port to plug it in because it has adapters built into it. Its powered, so not a passive hub. Lots of ports. Decent price. Hope this was helpful.

> 24 hourThis does everything they claim. The only nitpicks I have are 1) the name of the company could be smaller and on the bottom. 2) the connector piece of the adapter is hard plastic. If youre using the adapter and the port next to it is being used, it will put some pressure on it. Of course, most likely, you can plug whatever is next to it into this hub, but if youre using all of the ports on your computer, its something to keep in mind. Will update review if anything changes.

> 24 hourThis is a basic USB hub with 7 USB type A ports running at the USB 3.0 standard speed. It has a nice piano-black finish and each port can be individually activated. The hub must be connected with a USB type B plug, which is supplied. The cable has a USB type A/C combo on the opposite end, which is a nice touch. I tested the hub with my Intel Mac and had no issues with any device I plugged into it. The individual on/off switches work as expected. I do not normally have any external hard drives connected using a hub, since Macs come with Thunderbolt ports and is what I use. If you do plan to hook up one or more hard drives, I would test the throughput before settling on using any hub. In theory, SATA hard drives and SSDs should work ok, but if you have one of the latest NVME crazy fast external SSDs I would expect that you would be killing your throughput. If you intend to fill up most of the slots it also pays to double check that the supplied power and amperage are sufficient. Im awarding the hub the full 5 stars as I feel it works as advertised and is well priced in the middle of the market for similar devices. There are tons and tons of USB hubs or all different configurations, but if this one with 7 type A ports is what you need, it is worth checking out.

> 24 hourUsing this with a half dozen RTL SDRs and its working fantastic. I get great bandwidth for my SDRs over the USB hub and into the PC, zero issues this far. Very satisfied with the performance, form factor and features of this hub. I had tried this setup with a previous USB 3 hub and it just couldnt handle the bandwidth but this one has no problems whatsoever. Its fast and very well made.

> 24 hourThis hub will allow me to connect 7 more USB drives to a computer running Ubuntu Desktop 22.04. Ive connected three to it for now, all NVMes in USB enclosures, running in a software RAID0 configuration. The package comes with a data cable with both USB-C/A, which turned out to be very handy as this computer had already run out of USB-A ports, but still had a USB-C available.
