> 3 dayThis is a solid, very fast USB hub that boasts USB-C speeds (I transferred a 1GB file in ~10secs) and has the convenience of having a built in usb-C to usb-A cord. It is powerful enough to charge my ipad (albeit slower than a direct ipad charger as youd expect). Each USB port has its own switch and LED light; the light blinks when data is being accessed which many may find useful to ensure no data is being transferred when unplugging a device; for me the flashing blue light was obnoxious as I had my mouse and keyboards plugged in so were constantly blinking. Overall, I would recommend this for anyone with need of multiple USB ports. Again, the built in usb-c to usb-a 3.0 is super helpful. (note there is no SD card reader, attached photo is for size comparison).

> 3 dayThe compact size, the simplicity, the convenience of charging seven electronic devices simultaneously, the option to turn on only the port that is needed vs have all seven ports drawing energy simultaneously -- all of these qualities make this a useful and appealing tool for contemporary households that have phones, pads, laptops that often require charging at the same time. The unit comes w/an adapter for USB-A devices as well.

> 3 dayThis hub will allow me to connect 7 more USB drives to a computer running Ubuntu Desktop 22.04. Ive connected three to it for now, all NVMes in USB enclosures, running in a software RAID0 configuration. The package comes with a data cable with both USB-C/A, which turned out to be very handy as this computer had already run out of USB-A ports, but still had a USB-C available.

> 3 dayIf I had my druthers, I would always work on a mini-tower computer with large screens. Its my preference. A full sized mechanical keyboard and a high definition mouse. And I like my toys/tools. My USB drives, external Hard drives and external SSDs for portable storage. Add the webcam, a necessity today and label printers for convenience. What do these all have in common? USB ports. So I like to have a USB switch (or hub) on the desktop. Easily accessible and convenient. But what most of those devices also have in common is that they draw their power from the USB port theyre plug into. So I like my USB switch to have its own power supply. My last USB switch was several years old and it died (No funeral it wanted to be recycled.) I saw this on Amazon and it was the perfect replacement. 7 ports, each can be switched on or off and a 3A power supply. More than enough to power my USB devices that dont have their own power. It has a simple clean layout and its ports are all USB 3.0. A note, if you get one be sure to plug it into a USB 3.0 port on your computer (The USB port should be blue.) If you plug it into a USB 2.0 port (Black port) then the speed of this switch or any faster switch will be limited the the speed of USB 2.0. I know thats an obvious thing but it never hurts to be reminded. The switch takes no time to install, needs no drivers only an available USB 3.0 or better port on your computer and an electric outlet. The computer will recognize it automatically.

Greater than one weekThis is a compact powered USB hub, each connection has its own power button. The connections are firm and stable, no wobbling of connections. Quite reasonably priced. This is truly one of the best ones I have seen in over 20 years as an IT professional.

> 3 dayOverall, a nice 7-port USB hub. Very happy with this product and the aluminum sides feels similar to some more expensive USB 3.0 hubs I purchased previously. Works fine out of the box and sits nicely on the desk. The transfer speed was good, as expected, and provides 15 Watts total spread out over the ports, so it should charge your devices effectively if you need that. The ports have a nice fit and the individual switches and indicator LEDs function properly. Would have no problem recommending this hub to a co-worker, friend or relative looking for a port with switches. The AC power supply cord runs 4 feet long, while the included USB cable that runs to your PC is 38 inches long. Will be using this mainly to plug in my array of flight simulator controllers, switches, panels, throttles, pedals, yoke, and so far it suits the level of connectivity and the option to turn each component on or off. The individual switches make this product a desirable choice.

> 3 dayThis review is for: Powered USB Hub, RSHTECH 7 Port USB 3.0/USB C Hub Upgraded Version Aluminum USB Hub with 2-in-1 USB Cable,5V 3A Power Adapter and Individual Switches, USB Port Expander Hub for Laptop and PC, RSH-ST07 This is a great hub. Ive been using it since it arrived. All the ports work and its a nice touch to be able to turn them on and off individually. Its also nice that you can use either a USB C or a USB 3.0 port to plug it in because it has adapters built into it. Its powered, so not a passive hub. Lots of ports. Decent price. Hope this was helpful.
