Greater than one weekI have to say that I didn’t like this radio while running tests as a base station. I think my Antron 99 was introducing too much noise. My change of mind happened once I installed this radio in my car. So, here are the things I like and dislike: I like: 1. Very quiet receiver when used in my car. Low noise floor. I have to keep checking if the radio is on. 2. Good transmit audio. I left mine stock. No adjustments. 3. Sensitivity is great. I’m able to detect a tone at -127dbm. 3. RIT and XIT is included in V3. The non V3 didn’t have XIT feature in the menu. In version 3 You can turn one, the other, or both on. 4. Power output was exactly as specified 5. President was kind enough to chat with me about my concerns. 6. Love the DIN size. Excellent. Dislikes: 1. I prefer to see the frequency as full screen instead of the CHannel number. 2. CW has a few bugs. The first character sent is usually clipped. 3. Mic seems a bit light weight but sounds good.

> 3 dayThis radio works well, provided you can take it to a professional to have it properly tuned, aligned and cleaned. Make sure you purchase the DNC520 mic as well because the stock DNC520 that comes with the radio will keep trying to change channels when you push to talk due to poor circuit design.

> 3 dayThis is the next step from the HR2510/2600/Lincoln. The Lincoln II + has far more features and everything has adjustability through the menu. 50 watts on SSB is plenty with a decent antenna for this coming solar cycle maximum. Under/over voltage protection AND SWR protection is a huge plus! The stock microphone is designed for the radio and has good TX audio. This version of the radio Is not as easy to use as the older radios and is not for beginners. This radio is designed for amateur radio frequencies and operated by amateur radio operators. 73

> 3 dayThis is the older Lincoln not the newest with the higher power output. I received my Lincoln and tested it and found all the outputs were low. I contacted the President company support and found that the newest radio, with the higher output is President Lincoln II + . No Plus and no V3 because that is the older model with the lower output. Total scam and false advertising on this radio.

> 3 dayThis version IS the latest version of the President Lincoln ll line, being that it is the Lincoln ll+. The sale offerer has mistakenly mismarked the version stating that it is V3. There is a Version 3 of the Lincoln ll, the third in the line. This is the fourth issue of the Lincoln line thus the + after Lincoln ll I own one, love it and do know the various versions.
