I like using a product that is chemical free. My only complaint is how often it needs to be refilled. I dislike having to wait for it to cool down enough to open, refill, and wait to heat back up. Otherwise I love it!

As many of you know, Amazon requests feedback on items within a few days of their arrival. *shrugs* IMHO, they should wait a few weeks. Anyway, concerning this particular item, Im quite pleased. Its very easy to use, seems to do a decent job thus far, and Im eager to apply it to different projects over time. If youre looking for something inexpensive, but well-made, well-supported (loads of handy articles included!), and effective, give this rascal a try. I think youll be pleased.

This product is great for cleaning grout and stubborn surfaces.

I have used this product on several surfaces in my home - windows and doors, shower, stove, microwave, etc... it works great and makes cleaning so much easier! Definitely recommend

Update: The company was distressed by my experience and offered a full refund, unsolicited. They expressed a real interest in my concerns, a willingness to stand up, and they put their money behind it. I feel good about their response and have adjusted my stars accordingly. I trust the company will make improvements to their product based on my experience. This is a powerful steam cleaner and it does the job. However, it’s a real slow go. It takes a good 10+ minutes every time it needs refilling, which is often. And even though it says it won’t open until it’s safe, don’t believe it. I thought I had emptied all the water, but I hadn’t. When I opened the cap that’s not supposed to open until it’s a safe temperature, the water burst out and burned my hand. It’s also really hard to hold the steam button down, which I mitigated by switching off between my thumb and index finger. I used it on the grout in my bathrooms and laundry room, and it did make a noticeable difference. I had to refill twice while only cleaning the worst sections of a 10x3’ section of the laundry room, which was frustrating. I also tried out the clothes steaming feature and it worked well. But after I burned my hand while opening the water unit, I’m leery of using it again. There see warnings about leaving water in the tank, but I really thought I had emptied it, so let the fault lie where it may. I’ve had other steam cleaners that were lighter and didn’t burn me; on the other hand, this one seems to be more powerful, so make up your own mind.

This product is amazing! We love it so much that we bought one for my mom this Holiday season. This is my first steamer and I have consistently used it weekly since I bought it. The steam comes out super hot, but doesn’t burn your hands. This is perfect for cleaning basically ANYTHING. My favorite thing to clean is anything greasy in the kitchen. Say goodbye to harsh smelly chemicals, this works better that any chemical I have ever used for cleaning and water is all you need. Save money on professional detailing for your car or cleaning the grout in the tile floors. Works perfectly and it’s so satisfying. The attachments are perfect and easy to clean. Also, it is extremely easy to use and heats up quickly. 10/10.
