> 3 dayI have read others in this series, while all are good, so far I like this the best. It has strong characters and a solid plot. If you like strong Alphas you will love this book.

> 3 dayThis book had a lot of potential but I could only get to chapter 8 before I gave up. The entire book to that point was written with only the h point of view. I like my books to show both the H and h point of view.

> 3 dayEvery author has a different take on shifters. Ms. White does s superb job of making the dynamics of her world believable. Abby & Bas are great characters in my first read in the Wild Lake Pack Series. Headed to get the rest of them, so you know I Loved this book. Abby is smart, hard working & honorable. Struggling to finish her first year of law school, she meets Bas on her first day of her internship. Bas understands Abby is his fated mate & human. They are thrown together by Bass enemy,to be used as leverage against him. But love conquers all, well not immediately. A fast paced read with wonderful characters.

> 3 dayI received an advanced copy of this book from the author in return for an honest review. I was so excited to finally read Bas and Abbys story. There was a pull bringing them together from the beginning and the story line followed through to the surprising and rewarding end. If you have read any of the other books in this series, you dont want to miss this one. Kimber White has done it again with a wonderful book.

> 3 dayI received a free copy of this book for my honest review. There are no spoilers in this review. I love this series! Normally, I am not a fan of paranormal stories. However, they way the author has integrated the shape shifter genre into a real plot line is great. Its so fast moving that I had a hard time putting the book down. The characters so endearing or detestable that I felt myself getting angry at parts and yelling at some of the characters (in my head of course, I wouldnt want to seem crazy) to avoid something or go in a certain direction. I am also a fan because all of the books are stand-alone novels. While it helps to read them in order because some of the characters are repeated as well as some of the pack rules that are explained, it is not necessary. Each book is a story unto itself. It is really only the area, Wild Lake and the family that lives there that is a constant throughout each story. This is definitely a dont skip series. Each one gets better and better. I cant wait to read the next one!

> 3 dayThe Wild Lake Wolves series is fantastic and Primal Heat keeps this series steady as a great read. Abby, a first year law student goes to work as an intern in a Congressmans office. From the research they have her doing she realizes it has a direct negative affect on her new love, Sebastian, Alpha of the Wild Lake pack. Does she uphold the ethics of the confidentiality of her job or does she reveal everything to Sebastian to protect him and the pack. And what of the physical danger she could bring on herself? There is danger and humor and sex, thoroughly entertaining. I received a free review copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

> 3 dayBas is badass, Alpha of the largest Wild Lake pack and Abby is his mate. Deception, danger and betrayals come into play in this story, as Abbys discovery comes to light. Well thought out plot and leads into the next book.

> 3 dayI enjoyed this book so much! When two of the characters came into the story, it suddenly dawned on me that I had read another of the Wild Lake books (which I enjoyed equally as much). I had a tough time putting this book down. So, I warn you, unless youre planning on staying up all night, dont start your read when you first retire for the night! Enjoy Bas and Abby. Theyre both hot!
