> 3 dayI have read all 3 of these books and just could not put them down. Had to read the entire book. She really draws you into the story and makes you feel like you are involved. The chemistry between Bas and Abby is undeniable. Being in law school has its drawbacks for her as to her head and her heart and how to handle situations that she has become involved in. Bas has put Abby in a tough situation and he needs to decide best how to handle it for himself and the other wolves around that rely on him.

> 3 dayWhen Abby got the coveted Internship in the Senators office she was both delighted and nervous. A normal reaction. When she met her immediate boss she realized she would be working with a shifter. Shed always been interested and heard the rumors about them being around. She was a bit disappointed, this guy was not the hot, built guy shed expected but none the less he was a wolf. Then her expectations were met—and how! Sebastian (Bas) was even more than shed expected. His hot look and hot look at her was just the beginning. At their meeting she didnt know if he was working with the Senator or against. She was about to find out. Politics and romance are usually not good bedfellows as they say. Exactly. How do you work for a man who is trying to take so much from the man who is starting to mean so much? To be professional with a non disclosure agreement she cant tell Bas. But what if she finds something that could destroy him and his pack? If you work for someone you think is not quite clean are you still obligated? I love the pack. The guys are a kick, dangerous, big goofs, loyal and protective. Can she betray them? When a lady is with an Alpha she has a duty to the pack as well, doesnt she? We get to renew our acquaintance with Lukes mom and uncle from Dark Wolf. They are also loyal to the wolves. This makes it very difficult for Abby. When the decision includes danger and threats she is even more torn. Romance is difficult enough, add politics, and professional loyalty, advancement and safety, it becomes impossible. How is she supposed to resist the wealthy, hot, deadly, hot, intimidating, hot sifter? Another winner from an new favorite author for me. I love the series, fell for the pack and cant wait to read the next one. I was provided an ARC for an honest review.

> 3 dayI received a free copy of this book for my honest review. There are no spoilers in this review. I love this series! Normally, I am not a fan of paranormal stories. However, they way the author has integrated the shape shifter genre into a real plot line is great. Its so fast moving that I had a hard time putting the book down. The characters so endearing or detestable that I felt myself getting angry at parts and yelling at some of the characters (in my head of course, I wouldnt want to seem crazy) to avoid something or go in a certain direction. I am also a fan because all of the books are stand-alone novels. While it helps to read them in order because some of the characters are repeated as well as some of the pack rules that are explained, it is not necessary. Each book is a story unto itself. It is really only the area, Wild Lake and the family that lives there that is a constant throughout each story. This is definitely a dont skip series. Each one gets better and better. I cant wait to read the next one!

> 3 dayEnjoyed this book. Bas and Abby have an immediate connection when they first meet but it takes awhile for Abby to really accept it. The descriptions of the setting are described very well. I enjoyed all the secondary characters also. There is the really evil person and all the unrest he causes. I would have liked Abby to tell Bas sooner about what was going on in the Congressmans office. I lliked how one of Abbys teachers got the tables turned on him when the teacher was trying to oust Abby from law school. I will continue reading books by this author.

> 3 dayThis is Bass story he is trying to protect Wild Lake Wolf territory from greedy politicians He knows they will do anything to try and take the land but he underestimated how treacherous they would become. This book does not disappoint just like the others in this series. Ms. White keeps the tension between the factions at a fevered pitch. You are introduced to three new characters in this book but only one is a wolf and I cant wait until his story is done. The Wild Lake Wolves Series has a new book to add to it collection of great reads. Job well done Ms. White
