I just received my leash a new days ago but I am very pleased. I have never had a leash with a traffic loop and it is very helpful! I have a large (65lb) six month old puppy and went in search of a new leash after our walk last week nearly cut my hand with our old leash. The padding and leash material are comfortable on your hands, even with a big strong dog. I picked this least over the similar Kong leash because Kong does not have a 6 x 1 wide version. I leash walk my dogs for their potty breaks so I needed the extra length. Very please.

The two handle feature is a must have idea. The long handle allows dog to sniff and feel freedom during walk. The short handle is great when meeting someone on sidewalk and when crossing the street. Good quality material.

My Malamute/Shepherd mix likes to pulls like a mad woman, and also jumps 3 feet in the air whenever she sees a squirrel. This leash is long enough to give her extra jumping room :) But the short handle makes it so I can stop her if I need to. Its very secure! I also try to buy leashes with padded handles, and this is been the most comfortable Ive gotten so far. Also, the color! I bought the purple one - and it is very vibrant. Couldnt be happier with my purchase. I might adopt more dogs just so I can buy more of these leashes. JK, Ill adopt my doggos because they are the best.

I always buy this leash. Its the best, really, especially if you have a larger dog and are a smaller person like myself. I love the second handle and use it frequently to pull my dog back if needed or hold her close if a car is passing by. However, my dog has chewed through several of them. All it takes is a minute or two of me wrangling the kids while the dog paces anxiously with the leash on, and itll be chewed through. I will still continue to buy this product every time it happens, but I wish it was a little sturdier in that regard.

I adore this leash. I got one after this for free through my service dog organization, but I have continued using this. With the dual padded handles I feel I have better control of her. More than once Ive let it go during training and let her drag it around the room. Ive caught my farm dog chewing on it a couple times with no damage. I know its not impervious to damage, but its holding up well with all its being put through.

Had for a few weeks (maybe months, time is weird). It is a bit heavy for my small dogs, but they dont like fall over and its nice and sturdy. Hardware is good quality too. Pros - Sturdy - Good hardware - Nice grip Mixed - Sturdiness comes with being a bit much for my tiny dogs. Not a con per se, just something to keep in mind.

I bought this leash for my dog because she had chewed up her previous one. I used it for a few weeks and within the time she chewed this one up a little as well. But I dont really expect a dog leash to hold up against a hard chewer, so that isnt my issue with this leash. The handle itself isnt super comfortable. Its technically padded but still cuts into your hand pretty good if youve got a dog that pulls. My biggest issue with this lease is that the clip comes unhooked easily. I had 3 separate times that this leash came unhooked from my dogs collar while we were walking. Thankfully all three situations were times where she was distracted and didnt notice that her leash was off, otherwise Id probably be searching shelters right now for my lost dog. The leash came unhooked just by her shaking or even from the hook twisting in just the right direction. She wasnt even pulling when this happened. I highly recommend you do NOT buy this leash unless you want your dog to run off in the middle of a walk.
