> 24 hourAfter spending a couple of days using this keyboard (I got the blue optical switches), I feel comfortable writing a review on this. I was given incentive to write a good review, just to be transparent with anyone looking to buy, and I intend to be completely honest. Luckily, I am able to give an honest good review for this keyboard. Pros: - The keyboard itself is sturdy! It has a solid heft out of the box and has a clean aesthetic - no obnoxious branding, just the punkston label on the bottom side. The case is plastic but it feels good, especially for the price. - The keycaps have a very clean aesthetic - no gamer font thankfully! Although they do feel a little thin (Im assuming theyre ABS keycaps), for the price they are totally fine. Clean font, the RGB shine through is consistent throughout the keys, no complaints. - The RGB is beautiful. I didnt really notice RGB until I got a keyboard that had very bland, bleak lighting. THIS keyboards RGB is very beautiful, and it shines wonderfully. The different patterns and settings that come in-built with the keyboard are nice as well, and they are individually customizable through the downloadable application. - The hotswappability worked without a hitch. I was a little worried that wed only be able to use other Punkston switches, but I bought some Gateron Optical Yellows and swapped it in without a hitch! So if anyone was worried about that , I tested it out immediately. Now that said, it doesnt (and isnt supposed to) take anything but other optical switches. The switches were easy to get out of the hot socket and it was easy to replace them! - Software is very user-friendly for the most part. There is one con Ill outline shortly. But its easy to set macros and edit RGB software. - The stabilizers are for the most part good. Theyre not the most satisfying sounding, but they do not clack or rattle in an obnoxious way. - The included keycap puller and switch puller are nice! better than the generic ones that usually come with cheaper keyboards. Cons: - One thing that I noticed briefly with the software is that when the software is open, I cannot use the hotkeys on the keyboard to change the different RGB settings, which was a little annoying. - My biggest gripe with this keyboard are the switches. They are optical blue switches by Punkston, and while they do their job and are fairly smooth, they are quite wobbly. I can tell by just resting my finger on the keycap and moving it around without pressing down on them that the stem is a loose in the housing. This was further emphasized when I took a switch out and did the same thing just to confirm. - With optical hotswap, your only options are for other optical switches, which is a very limited selection. All things considered, I got this keyboard on sale for a little under $30, and I genuinely think that this is a steal at that price point and a great place for someone wanting to try out a mechanical keyboard. The keyboard has a clean aesthetic, feels sturdy despite being mainly plastic, you have the ability to customize keycaps, even customize switches (with other opticals), and work with lighting effects and macro functions in a software that is user-friendly. Now all of that said, at full price (~$60), you begin to be able to consider other options, but I think on sale its a steal, and at full price its still definitely worth considering. If you were considering other optical switches to try out, look at gateron optical switches or kailh box optical switches!

> 24 hourNice compact design. The height wasnt too bad and I can type without needing a wrist rest. The key caps were nicely texturized and felt good to the touch. Feedback on the brown switches were better than anticipated. They feel adequately lubed, no scratching on the switches that I can hear and had enough actuation force that long typing session didnt feel tiring but felt good to keep going. I use this keyboard for both remote work during the day and gaming during free time and Id say its served me well for the past month since purchase. The only thing I had to get used to was needing to get used to placement of arrow keys and having to press function then arrow key presses. At first it was annoying to having to keep pressing function to use arrow keys but I got used to it over the weeks and I dont think twice about it now and can do it in one hand using my pinky finger. The RBGs are the nice touch but I usually keep it a static color, but the water resistance is great since I always have a beverage/water at my desk and I always seem to spill it near or on the keyboard. But with the keyboard being compact, its cleared enough space on my desk for me to spill on the desk rather than the keyboard. Overall I recommend for someone looking for compact 60% keyboard. No wireless option on the model I bought but I like wired anyways. I would buy again.

> 24 hourFirst and foremost this review is based on the fact that this is indeed a 60% keyboard and anyone reading this review should keep in mind that it does not have a 10 key pad. Anyways moving on. The keyboard itself is quite nice, the keys are responsive and pro ide sticking tactile feedback and overall pleasant feel to it while its in use. The RGB lighting in the keyboard are controlled by the firmware within the keyboard itself and can be changed by a few keypresses. Me having a white build I elected for the white rgb setting in a breathing pattern. This keyboard would be perfect for any gamer not looking to break the bank and still have a responsive keyboard with a little flair mixed in. Especially one on the go, I wS using this keyboard to replace my existing board but it managed to find it permanently attached to my raspberry pi instead for the sheer portability of it. Highly recommend if you are looking for a portable gaming keyboard and dont require use of th q0 key number pad.

> 24 hourI dont even know where to start with this keyboard. I was looking for a 60% gaming keyboard and stumbled on this one. It looked good on paper, but there are so many gaming keyboards right now that I wasnt sure if this would be any better. The first thing that caught my eye was that it was a real RGB keyboard. You can change the patterns. The software for changing it is simple to use and intuitive. The LEDs can get really bright too. Even in a well-lit battlestation, the keyboard RGB stands out. If you crank up the brightness, the colors show up great in pictures. Hardware-wise there are a few things that I really like. Being USB-C is really nice as im trying to get rid of all my micro USB devices. Theres really no good reason to have anything with micro USB but you still see other keyboards still use it. The cable with this keyboard is great, high quality, and braided. The casing on it is solid and has basically no flex. The keycaps feel good and the sound from the board is really nice. I am going to be lubing the switches soon for that extra nice sound, but out of the box its great. For gaming, this keyboard is incredible. Just having more space for my mouse is great. Being able to sit in a position where my arms are in a natural position instead of spreading out due to the 10 key taking up valuable space where my mouse is. My only minor gripe for this (and I really had to be nit-picking to notice this) is the keys have some wobble to them. Its not bad at all to be honest. I also wish they offered PBT keycaps, but thats such a minor complaint. Too long didnt read version - Amazing keyboard for gaming and productivity. If you are looking for a 60% keyboard, give this one a shot. It has all the modern features that you expect and it works great. Im a keyboard snob with a LOT of keyboards, and Id still rate this one as one of my favorites.

> 24 hourI ordered optical red switches... and I got brown ones but to be honest, brown ones felt pretty nice so Idrc and will be keeping them. Build quality is great, they give you a testing kit which is rlly nice and i tried the blue one out and it sounded like the avg mechanical keyboard with the clicking sound but I wanted something quiet and fast so I got the red ones (which turned out to be brown).

> 24 hourGreat quality product. Wanted to downsize my keyboard and still keep the esthetic. Exactly what I was wanting. Board has 4 different light settings, normal size tabs without all the wasted space in-between. Very happy with my purchase.

> 24 hourIt is an amazing keyboard. Way more than I expected. The rgb is amazing, the controls for the rgb are really good, and of course the mechanical switches are delightful. It is pretty satisfying to type on and play games on and I would definitely not think that it is only 30 bucks this seems like a keyboard over 70 bucks! Overall, I love it.

> 24 hourI took a chance on this based on reviews, and I will agree with previous comments - the quality of this keyboard for the price is bonkers solid. This is day 1 of use and its fantastic. Will update down the road on longevity. First 60%(61%) keyboard and it was a great purchase. The lighting effects and the switches feel fantastic.

> 24 hourI am super surpised by the build quality and features for the price. I am only a little bummed as I paid 40$ on Prime Day, as it was 60$ list price, now its 35$ with Prime. Regardless, the only thing missing is wireless which I dont really care for anyway - I guess I could use it with my phone and Xcloud, but thatd be few and far between. The plate/case is very solid and well built, looks great, the lighting is bright and hits incredibly. Built in effects are numerous and fun. The switches are swappable without soldering, which is convenient (though I solder regularly) and the Optical Reds used feel great. Its weird coming from the Brown styles I used before, which I wanted linear instead as they felt grindy. These are great, though I actually wish the actuation force was lower but thats something I can change so its all good. I got it for experimentation in that regard anyway. All the leys that need it have the second functions, and the keycaps feel quite nice also. I do wish they had the second functions on the side, but no biggie. The cable for the white one is very pretty silvery white, USB C and braided. Could be a little longer but its not stupid short. Also, the port is on the left side, which I think looks nicer than centered. Right side would be ok too. I havent tried the software yet, but maybe Ill make an update when I do.
