Python Hands-Free and Spill Free Aquarium Hook, Green

This is a well made product. It hooks nicely on the aquarium edge, plastic so theres no scratching your tank, hose hooks up easily. I use it weekly for water changes on my 200 gallon aquarium. I would definitely recommend it.

This a great product. You can siphon and then fill your tank. If you have a lot of aquariums, its great product.

This works great to take a 2 person job down to a 1 person job. Hangs perfectly over the edge of any size aquarium. If you plan to have a aquarium for awhile I would purchase this product.

I only used this item a few times. Wish I hadnt bought it as it was a waste of money. While it does hook over the rim of the aquarium and stays put, it is unnecessary and more trouble than its worth to disconnect and reconnect after suction. Because the end faces straight down, it tends to move whatever is placed under the flow and blows the substrate around. Its quicker and easier for me to just turn the valve to off on the syphon tube, go to the faucet and lower the connector to the fill position, come back to the aquarium and turn the valve to on to fill the aquarium with the syphon tube. I can place the tube wherever I want it and it stays put without blowing my bowl/plate/whatever around to protect the substrate.
