Waste of money

Not what I expected, did not resolve my computer problems. Very disappointed with the product.

This boot disk allowed me to boot up my pc and copy my important files.

powerup. quickly go to boot list (F12) check cd-rom wait while disk working (5 mins) EUREKA! downloaded all docs on PC

Little to no instructions provided with the desk. Tech-support very difficult to get in touch with. As a result, would not recommend this tool for resetting the computers password. A useless product that did nothing for me. Again do not buy.

The disk will not boot. I emailed technical support twice. Im still waiting for a reply!

Provided no instructions, failed to load and was essentially of no use.

It did not work at all. I found a better one in Walmart.

Im sure this works for some laptop/pc models, but it didnt do the trick for me.
