The surface is starting to wear off after less than a year of use. Itll show the clear plastic underneath. Id hoped this would last for a while considering how expensive it was to buy in the first place. The LEDs look cool and with their dumb software you can set it to do cool things, but for the amount of time it lasts its not worth...

Ive tried the Hard Edition of the Firefly V1 before and almost everything has been improved on the V2. Not only is it bigger, the grips on the bottom feel stronger and the bump in the middle of the mousepad has been removed. The shape looks like the Goliathus Chroma but the RGB lights arent sewn to the mousepad. Since I use wireless mice, I dont use the cable cutouts on the top left corner but it looks like it can be used to cable manage thin cables. The surface feels similar to the V1 but I feel like it glides a bit better yet while still having control.

This mouse pad works great with my Razer Blade 15 setup in my office. It was simple to connect with Synapse 3 and it looks great with my Hue light bars. I love that you can enable specific sections in the LEDs with separate colors. It’s big enough to have full coverage with my mouse and sticks to desk without double sided tape. If you’re thinking of getting one for your Razer setup, do it!

What you see here is the Razer Firefly V2 paired with my Razer Mamba Elite (purchased at the very same time). If you are looking for a chroma mouse mat, look no further. Purchase this item! I have had absolutely no complaints. The mat is comfortable on my wrist even though its hard and not actually a mousepad. The colors are beautiful and stunning just as any other Razer chroma product.

Way more accurate with a harder pad plus all you need is a wipe no washing or anything plus more longevity. The rgb is just WOW matches my huntsman v2 analog just perfect.
