Greater than one weekAt first I was a little concern because its definitely not cheap for what is essentially a mouse pad. I have always been using cloth mouse pads as I found them the most comfortable and that I wouldnt be able to get used to the smoother hard surface when I play games but my worries were for naught as the textured surface was just enough to slide around without feeling slippery. The RGB is beautiful and bright, an improvement from the first version that seemed tucked under. Overall a great addition to my RGB collection.

> 3 dayIve tried the Hard Edition of the Firefly V1 before and almost everything has been improved on the V2. Not only is it bigger, the grips on the bottom feel stronger and the bump in the middle of the mousepad has been removed. The shape looks like the Goliathus Chroma but the RGB lights arent sewn to the mousepad. Since I use wireless mice, I dont use the cable cutouts on the top left corner but it looks like it can be used to cable manage thin cables. The surface feels similar to the V1 but I feel like it glides a bit better yet while still having control.

22-11-2024At least I got the product. Shipping company brought it to the incorrect house but I got it immediately after. The shipped package box was not opened, but inside the shipping box, the product inside was clearly opened before. The seal has been sliced off. No paperwork (warranty, stickers and other Razer goodies) was found inside the box, only the mouse pad was inside. The product itself works fine as intended but the other contents were stolen wherever the product was before being shipped. Knocking down a star due to Amazon stealing contents inside the package before they shipped to me. There is still a serial number to register warranty, but the papers themselves are missing which may be important for other products.. Poor on Amazons part as employees open up packages and steal contents inside before shipping.

Greater than one weekMy only guess is these are coming from a warehouse where there’s some kind of humidity damage. The The replacement came in a box that also looked untampered with but when you open it up it looks like the pad has been used for a year and a half. The edges are all worn out and the RGB Lights shining through holes in the surface almost as though they didn’t play enough of the surface on top of the pad. I don’t know if these are knock offs or what the problem is but I will be asking for a refund.

> 3 dayJust got this today literally 10 min ago it was dropped off to me in person the glue is separating from the board it has bubbles in it you can move with your fingers and a small dent clearly defective I am most disappointed now I’ll have to return it certainly not worth full price for the hassle of now having to walk 3 miles to the post office to do so

> 3 dayHard surface mouse pad is perfect for gaming. Its like my mouse goes skating! Completely smooth and easy to clean, the base layer sticks the mat to desk surface properly. I had Razer Sphex V2 hard surface mouse mat before, its just fantastic. And I bought this for Chroma sync with my other Razer devices.

> 3 dayNice and flat. Beautiful chroma colors. Did not connect to my Synapse app on my computer at first. I did a quick restart and after Synapse was up and running... longer and longer after each update unfortunately.... it connected and now I can play with Chroma.

Greater than one weekMainly using this pad for browsing, movies and apex legends. Fair to say it’s better than the mat fabric material I’ve been using. Glides better but does it improve accuracy? I would say no but moving the cursor around feels more free. Also works very well as a drink coasters during movies! The light customization -RGB is insane! There’s soo many color options you can play with, it’s pretty much plug and play. Material and build feels very solid, rubber at the base keeps the pad in place and secure.
