Greater than one weekI switched from the Goliathus Extended to this mousepad. The difference was noticed immediately, as the Goliathus has a cloth surface, where as this one has a hard, kind of gritty surface. It was kind of weird at first, but I actually really like it, as it allows my mouse to glide with absolutely no issue. If you have a heavy mouse that you dont want to replace, I suggest this mousepad, it will allow it to move noticeably faster.

> 3 dayComparing this to my old squishy mouse mat is night and day. My Logitech G900 glides like butter on this surface. Its also nice that the colors pair perfectly with my Razer black widow chroma keyboard. Installing was as simple as plugging in the USB cord and it prompted me to install the new version of razer synapse which unfortunately got rid of all my saved profiles but thats ok because it is a completely new system to customize the colour scheme.

> 3 dayIts a mouse pad, which doesnt matter so much since we have had optical mice for years. Still, it looks nice, and its larger than most mouse pads and has a nice little thing to guide your mouse wires. It does need a USB plug though.

> 3 dayThe RAZER FIREFLY V-2 Is a damn fine mouse pad. It is not hard like aluminimum, it is made from a thin plastic. The rubber type backing keeps the pad where you put it. The additional holder for wired mice does a great job keeping the wire from the surface. The added RAZER RGB is cool as hell. I have the boarder Neon Green, but when I click the mouse a second boarder light comes on bright Red. I got tired of frabric pads a long time ago. I have had many hard, metal pads. The FIREFLY from RAZER is the best by far. OH...almost forgot, it is larger than a standand pad as well. I love the extra space when I am gaming. It is very sad that I can not recommend this mouse pad or any Razer product. Recently I had an issue with the left click swithch on my Razer Mamba mouse. After over a dozen emails back and fourth Razer said my warranty had expired a week ago. End of issue. I was a RAZER FAN-BOY, headphones, mouse pad, mouse, keyboard. Now I will not purchase a RAZER product period. RAZER could have said to me that they are sorry I have an issue and offered some kind of discount, or even a repair that I would have paid for. No, it was clear to me that good customer service takes a backdoor to profit at RAZOR.

02-04-2025I own the Razer Firefly Hard V2, along with Razer Goliathus Extended and the Razer Naga Trinity Gaming mouse. The end result ? Its awesome ! This is a must have if you are a RGB fan and have a home office desk (work / gaming ..). I am using the Razer Synapse software for weeks now, havent had any issues so far. The RGB light between the 3 is synchronized which is giving providing awesome effect !

> 3 dayMy only fault is with my own hubris. I failed to pull out my measuring tape and instead guessed that it would fit on my keyboard drawer. It hangs off half a centimeter because of the rectangular usb connection which sucks, but isnt the end of the world.
