I bought this pad for gaming and it is absolutely fantastic! Super smooth for moving my Razer Deathadder Elite across, and the RGB lighting blends in with all my other Razer devices in common lighting profiles. Great buy and addition to your Razer-family periphreals!

Good for nothing

Keeps lighting up when the computer is sleeping. I had forgotten I ordered it through Amazon. The mouse and keyboard were ordered directly from the company and don’t synch up properly with the mousepad, and now I know why.

You have to use Razer software to customize the lights on the mousepad, but it works well and provides a nice difference from ordinary office mousepads. It does require a cord for power, but other than that it is just as efficient as any other pad, but much slimmer. It is a pretty awesome gaming accessory and I can see it being an awesome gift, but other than lights, it does not do much more than other mousepads. It does create a bit of ambiance when it is couples with the Razer lit up keyboard. I would recommend it based on quality and design, but value seems a little high.

Despite what you may read.. you NEEEEED this product! Need it!! Yes it is a mouse pad, and yes the firm surface makes for an excellent platform for my Basilisk V3 gaming mouse, but I was using an old Alienware ALX mouse surface that did pretty much the same. What makes this THE mousepad for me is the catch for the mouse cord... and the RGB!! I have an RGB keyboard and mouse and this makes the space really pop. Just stunning! (see the photograph.) It ties in with the Razer Synapse so all of my RGB devices match. Well, ok not the cooling pad, but it does a fair approximation of matching the spectrum settings. The mouse catch takes the cord off of the keyboard tray and puts it down on the platform with the mouse. MUCH smoother gaming, and as I dont have the space for a mouse bungee, makes the perfect solution. Bonus- it fits the KB tray like they laser fit it!!

The best things about this - the size (10x14 ish) and the cord catch. The cord catch alone will have me sighing much less during long days on my computer.

Great improvement over the original FireFly. RGB is much more visible. That was my only complaint on the OG. What an improvement! Nice hard surface works perfectly with my Razer mouse.
