The zippers began coming undone after maybe 5 uses, if that. Kenneth Cole products have always held up well… until this. Big waste of money. Should’ve listened to the flight attendant reviews.

This is a super cute suitcase! I got it and a matching backpack for my husband and he loves them. I will say the handle that is extended/retracted for actually using the case it super flimsy. It bends and moves A LOT, compared to my London Fog suitcase this one feels like it could break at any moment. Would recommend this suitcase, but would also recommend the produced improve this one aspect of the suitcase.

The carry-on is actually too tall with the wheels to be a legal carry-on. The first time I used the backpack not 2 hours into trip, the stitching started to pull apart. Very pretty luggage but what a waste of money since I cant use either piece as I intended.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover how deep and roomy this suitcase is. The wheels rolled nicely through the airports. I did discover one of the zippers was missing the pull tab. Not sure if I received it this way or it fell off during travel. Ill go to the craft store and buy a new one to replace it. I got the Navy Chevron design and love it. I also purchased the laptop / backpack to match. Again, very roomy with alot of pockets to keep things organized.
