I really wanted to give 5 stars because it is a beautiful suitcase. However, after two uses the handle became permanently stuck. And as a frequent flyer it’s extremely inconvenient to have to explain at airports.

Save your money and buy literally anything else. Least durable luggage I have ever purchased in my entire life. The zipper completely ripped off of the suitcase and left me trying to tie or tape my luggage together so I could fly home. Did not even last one entire trip. Poorly made trash that does not stand up to even light wear and tear, let alone normal use.

Very stylish bag, roomy, easy to maneuver and fit well with the other carryon bags, however, took it on first trip and zipper is already not working and pulled away! Super bummer and out of return window.

I love the maneuverability. I just got back from a big trip and cruise and it held up beautifully. It was easy to get toiletries and the straps inside were very helpful in keeping everything together. However, the strap on the outside was useless. It was too tight to fit over my larger luggage.

Exceptional luggage for travel. The wheels make it so easy to place is under your seat or retrieve. Lightweight and handsome. So many zippered areas make it easy to organize. Holds clothes or anything small as well.

I ordered this piece as well as the 20 and 24 inch pieces. I am very pleased with it but only gave it a 4 star rating because the e ZIPPER PULL IS MISSING on the interior lining on all three pieces.

Within four months the carry on has issues with retracting the handle.

Looks great, opens wide for packing. Great weekender set that allows for carryon and both can go under the seat if necessary.
