Reaction Womens Chelsea Luggage Chevron Softside 8-Wheel Spinner Expandable Suitcase, Black, 4 Underseater

I first saw this product for about $10 more at BJs. Loved the look and purchased from Amazon. Initially I wasnt happy with the Gold foiled outter zipper as many other reviewers have pointed out gets stuck. All the other zippers work great. I kept the piece nonetheless and am glad I did. Yes the zipper gets a bit stuck...if you are gentle and patient with it, it wont break on you. The main reason I purchased this is because I try to save on baggage fees and only take a personal item with me on flights on Frontier Airlines and it fits underneath the seat perfectly. Would highly recommend to anyone whos main purchase requirement is fit. One other downside is the interior handle bars are actually placed a bit too far inside the bag taking up room which there is not too much of, Ive seen other luggage pieces who are mindful of this so Im not sure why a careless design flaw would occur here.

It was a gift to my daughter. She loved it; has an elegant look and it travels well.

I dont think these are real Kenneth Cole. They are very flimsy. I have travelled with them a few times now and I am always worried they are going to break.

My move to New Jersey.

I bought this piece in the summer for my trip to Europe. It started falling apart upon arrival. I cannot return the defective luggage because it passed the July 2 mark. Return/exchange should exist for defective products.

I took two trips with this suitcase and on trip two the zipper ripped. However, it was a nice suitcase while it lasted and was a great size, so if the quality improved Id probably get another.

What I loved the most was the weight of the suitcase itself plus the simple open luggage that is easy to pack and unpack.
