How embarrassing this broke on my whole on vacation out of the country brand new never used I’m so mad this was such an inconvenience honestly I want my money back.

3rd time using it and the zipper completely broke. No way to close now. Have to use a strap and that looks dumb. What a piece of crap.

Disappointed so far. If I can’t find handle I will be returning them (I ordered 2)!

One trip so far and everything worked great.

I love it…..material is great, wheels are great, BUT the retractable handle is really flimsy! I can just tell is going to break really quickly! Honestly, the rest seems high quality, why skimp on the handle you need to pull it! Uugh

The suitcase is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely worth the price. However, depending on what airline you fly, this bag may not not be carry on compliant. I think the provided measurements are based on the packing space inside, not including the exterior and wheels. My bag was noticeably larger that most fliers but and just fit in the overhead bin.
