The handle of the product got stuck at first use. A replacement handle was sent out. We replaced the handle but it has not broken completely. This product did not travel well. The high cost did not match the value of the product. I have to purchase another suitcase because although it has a 10yr warranty, it takes the manufacturer a long time to replace the item.

The suitcase is absolutely gorgeous! Definitely worth the price. However, depending on what airline you fly, this bag may not not be carry on compliant. I think the provided measurements are based on the packing space inside, not including the exterior and wheels. My bag was noticeably larger that most fliers but and just fit in the overhead bin.

Within four months the carry on has issues with retracting the handle.

So cute, bought for myself for bday. 1st time use , handle snapped like an old dried up turkey wish bone. Thankfully, I havent left home and didnt get rid of my old set. Bought one for my mom for Christmas, will be returning that one too and giving her a gift card. Kenneth Cole used to be quality, guess not anymore.

I love my new luggage and am looking forward to getting to use it soon. However discovered that AMAZON lowered the price after PRIME DAY. When I asked for the new price I was told “we don’t do price adjustments”. Will never shop Prine Day again. Very disappointed.

This bag usually goes for $139.99. I selected one that was used and had a damaged box for only $60.49! Guess what, the bag is perfect! This is a really nice bag. Do not be afraid to click on used products. They are frequently just returns. My wife loves this bag.
