This looked like just what we wanted for our European vacation. The zipper fell apart after being closed the second time. The suitcase was not even full! I had to locates a store to purchase new luggage in on our trip. I can’t even return this because it never made it home with us. Don’t buy it! I have another one falling apart at the same location. Poor quality! I’ve never had a suitcase that fell apart at the zipper, much less in the first use.

LOOK GREAT BUT LUGGAGE DIDNT LAST BUT A COUPLE OF TRIPS...SO WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU HAVE PURCHASED THE WHOLE SET AND THEY ALL BREAK?

This Luggage is beautiful! The zippers on two pieces are faulty. They skip and gap open. Im afraid that Im going to find my belongings lying on an airport baggage conveyer belt one day! Its too late to return this set, but I would if I could!!!

Bought this suitcase for my 12 year old grandaughter. On her 2nd time using it, the zipper completely failed. The stitching came loose. It was used for two small car trips, was not used ans abused at the airport. Thankfully, Amazon Customer Service refunded the whole amount. This took a couple calls because it was more than 30 days after the purchase (actually 90 days). Im not sure if this was a fluke, but you should get more than two uses out of a $90 suitcase.

absolutely do not purchase this luggage. It tore apart and broke after ONE trip. the airport had to bring me my luggage in a plastic bag and it was truly the first time I used it.

I have three pieces and will eventually get the entire set as my budget allows. They’re priced high but when caught on sale, I found them cheaper. This piece was small enough to fit in the overhead bin for a weekend trip and served it’s purpose. It was hard to roll but probably because I’m not used to spinner wheels. It’s beautiful, very classy looking and I got tons of compliments. Highly recommended!

Very small for an underseater ...but super cute

This elegant suitcase is lightweight and roomy. I often receive compliments on how beautiful and stylish it is.

I bought this piece in the summer for my trip to Europe. It started falling apart upon arrival. I cannot return the defective luggage because it passed the July 2 mark. Return/exchange should exist for defective products.
