Very pretty bag, but its NOT 24. More like 28 high, when you include the wheels and the handle. Would not pass airline requirements on small airlines. Sadly must return.

I guess I shouldve taken the bad reviews to heart. Got this today & the handle came broken. Cant even lift it up. For almost $100 this is a rip-off. Such a beautiful suitcase otherwise. Also, Im frustrated that this 28 is the same price as the 24 which is what I originally wanted but found to be ridiculous that a smaller size costs the same.

I was disappointed with the handle there seems to be 2 heights low and the highest…no locking in between.

Love this bag. Perfect for underseat on the plane.

I dont think these are real Kenneth Cole. They are very flimsy. I have travelled with them a few times now and I am always worried they are going to break.

This is almost too small for a Carey on bag unless you’re flying a Small commuter plane.

I was a little scared reading some reviews but its different for everyone. Im grateful it arrived with no rip,s stains or tears! Cant wait to pack for my trip! Looks, as if it has plenty of space.
