Ive only had it for a couple of days but so far Im liking this keyboard. The only issue that Im currently having is that it wont hold a charge. I left it plugged in overnight and when I disconnected the power cord, nothing worked. I can only use it when its plugged into a power source which technically takes away from it truly being wireless. Ive contacted the company for assistance so my rating may change depending on the results. My only other complaint is that the keys arent as bright as I might like but I love all the color varieties. The typing aspect of this keyboard is amazing! The keys are super smooth and quiet! Overall, I really like it so hopefully they can help me figure out why it wont charge so I can keep it. UPDATE: I received an email back from the company telling me that I needed to contact Amazons Customer Service department to either return or replace the product! No troubleshooting questions, just call Amazon. I did call Amazon and they, however, were very helpful! I received a replacement faster than when I ordered the original! The company contacted me again (after I gave 3 stars), telling me that they would like to address any issues or concerns and to reply back so they can work to resolve my issues. After replying that Amazon has already resolved my issues, they apologized for the inconvenience and that I should contact them if I have any issues with the new keyboard. To be honest, Im thankful that there have been no issues so far because Im not confident that they wouldnt just send me back to Amazon again. So far, this keyboard is working the way it should and I really like it! Im going to change my rating from 3 stars to 4. Now that I have a properly working product, I really like it but Im only giving it 4 stars because the Companys Customer Service is lacking in the service department.

I would have given it 5 stars, but the back light goes out a bit too fast for me....Im on my computer at night a lot. But its really not a big negative. A lot of these reviews made me think this thing was trash, but it definitely isnt. I dont require anything special, so this keyboard gives me everything I needed. But this is just MY own personal experience. I would definitely recommend this to other people who ARE NOT one of those morons who try to trash anything thats not wrapped in gold and can get up and walk around a damn room. This is a perfectly fine keyboard. Only issue for ME is that the lighting goes out just a bit too soon. But like I said....not a big negative.

I bought this keyboard mainly for the backlit keys. Im not a big fan of the internal battery (more on that below). Pros: Really well-lit keys Many color options Keys have a smooth tactile feel without being overly noisy (if thats your thing) Set up is extremely easy Cons: (oh yeah there are some cons to discuss) Battery life is just plain garbage. I might be able to get 10 to 20 hours of use out of it between charges. The charging port is pretty flimsy. Along with that, the opening is cut weirdly so it will only fit narrow USB-c connector ends. My Experience and Opinions: Built-in batteries IMHO are a cheap way for a manufacturer to build in planned obsolescence, the battery may last you 2-3 years, and when it finally does go... there is no replacing it. The battery in this device is way too ineffective/inefficient at powering the device, Yes, I know that running the backlight will have a huge impact on battery life but I wasnt expecting this much of an impact. As a comparison, I have a Logitech wireless KB with backlit keys that will go 2 to 3 months on 2-AA batteries with an average use of 2 to 4 hours a day. Granted it did cost about 3 times as much though... With the battery being such a disappointment I found myself using it more as a wired keyboard keeping it plugged in most of the time. That being said, youd think that theyd put some effort into making sure that the charging port was robust enough to handle repeated use. But no. the connection is pretty flimsy and very prone to coming loose, disconnecting, or in my case breaking under normal use. And Ive only had this keyboard for about a month or so. For now, I am still able to use and charge it but I have to have it plugged in, in such a way to ensure that it stays connected. Changes that should be considered: First, if you are going to have a built-in battery put in a substantial battery something thats going to go 1 -3 months of average use between charges. Second, redesign the area around the USB-C charging port so you can use any USB-C cable to charge it. Final thoughts: All in all, its not really a bad device for the money, though there are some considerable issues that need to be assessed for your needs before purchasing one. If youre looking for something that is robust, with good battery life... look elsewhere, but if youre looking for a cheap wireless keyboard and battery life is not really an issue for you, then by all means give it a try. Would I buy another one for myself? No probably not. The crappy built-in battery is a deal-breaker for me. But thats just me.

so I havent had this keyboard for very long but im impressed so far (i got the wired version, not the wireless). I needed to replace my old standard mechanical keyboard that came with my Dell computer (which was way too noisy and everytime i typed i even annoyed myself), so I started looking around and decided I needed to look for a quiet keyboard with backlighting. how quiet is it? well its not silent, as you can still hear yourself type. (i think the foldable rubber keyboards are the only true silent ones, if that is what you are looking for) But it is quiet enough that its almost as quiet as my laptops keyboard (but only very-slightly louder). also, they keys feel more rubber-like in texture instead of the solid hard-plastic feel that a lot of keyboards have. they dont feel flimsy though, but time will tell. the backlighting is customizable, with a lot of different variations you can do with it. it is explained in the very-short user manual how to change modes and colors. the only criticism i would have would be how the lighting appears through some of the keys. i think its just a fault by design so not a negative in my book, as the keyboard i am replacing had no backlighting at all. and obviously i wasnt expecting it to be perfect at this price range. it is plug-and-play, dont have to go searching for some odd website for drivers (im on win10). I do suggest buying the wired version as most keyboards with backlighting use energy quick, unless wired is not an option for you. with all that said, yes it is worth the money they are asking (i might even say its worth more). hope this helped someone with picking this keyboard as their purchase!

I found this keyboard a bit lacking. The lights dont hold memory and returns to the default flashing rainbow every time it gets powered on. This is not a gaming keyboard; just like any normal board with led lights.

I liked this product. The lights werent very bright, but its wireless, no big deal. I mostly used it as a corded keyboard, using the included cord/charger, however I enjoyed the ability to remove it from my desktop at will because my desktop is also my creative space. All was great, no noticeable lag, never had issues. Until it just stopped working, and I realized the battery was dead . . .but it was plugged in. Turned out the charging cable had separated at the connector, like, the metal part had come out. No big deal, Ill just use another USB-C cord. The way the plastic on the keyboard is built, Ive yet to find a USB C cord that will fit in the space. So I emailed customer support. Thank you for contacting CS ChallengerUSA. We do apologize, unfortunately we do not have a replacement cable. That was it. So I replied asking what was next to get me a working keyboard. They want to offer me a refund in exchange for the keyboard back, but since its been more than 30 days, I have to mail it back at my expense. Yeah, so a less than 6 month old keyboard is no longer usable, but I have to pay to mail it back to them because they dont have replacement cords and aftermarket cords dont work.

Has to be constantly repaird for it to work wirelessly. Owned for 3 days so far and had to repair 7 times, so at least 2 times a day seems to be the average. Works great after its re paired, then after 3 or so hours it starts some insane input lag where it can take almost a full minute for anything you type to show up and then its time to unplug the dongle, enter pairing mode, and replug the dongle to fix it. Would not recommend for gaming, would be fine for office use.

This keyboard works fantastically. Its fairly silent (though not entirely), has adjustable lights, and very convenient to recharge while staying connected. Only weird thing I found about this that really bugs me personally since Im a Firefox user is that for some reason, the shortcut Left Ctrl+Left Shift+P doesnt work. Even weirder is every other method works, such as Left Ctrl+Right Shift+P, Right Ctrl+Left Shift+P, and Right Ctrl+Right Shift+P. I even tried it on my laptop keyboard and it works fine. I even tried the Edge equivalent (Ctrl+Shift+N) and it works fine, but for some reason, its just the Left Ctrl+Left Shift+P that doesnt work. Its sad that Im returning this keyboard for this reason, as this keyboard is fine in everything else.

I have been using this keyboard for school and work and love it. Keys feel great, it esthetically looks awesome, and super low cost for what you are getting. Highly recommend.
