> 3 dayIts a horrible feeling when you watch various how to videos, see the people demonstrating which keys to push to make things happen, then discover that most of what theyre showing does NOT work when you try to do the exact same thing. In the case of this keyboard, I have major problems with changing the background colors, etc. For instance, holding down the FN button and hitting the HOME button multiple times will supposedly scroll through the various colors so you can pick one -- miner does not -- the colors keep scrolling on their own and keep breathing so I cant even lock on a solid color. Another time, I once got the breathing to stop, but then the only color I could get was white and the HOME key didnt do anything again, just kept the white color. Frustrating as all heck. Has anyone else run across this dilemma where the keys dont function the way videos for this K503 model demonstrate? The manufacturers website was simply worthless when it comes to answering questions.. Anyway, if it hadnt been so inexpensive, I would have returned the damned thing since part of it doesnt work as instructed or as demonstrated. To be fair, though, there are some pluses.. The act of typing itself is quite satisfactory - in other words, the keys are quiet and seem to actually function -- unlike the color-changing buttons -- and the spacing is fine so that there are no problems with hitting incorrect keys, plus the keys feel firm. Still, I guess I just have to suck it up and stay with a white color or a rainbow display and live with having no other options to select -- at least the darned thing functions as a typewriter, which I suppose is the bottom line. Nevertheless, the problem with the color features are infuriating and disappointing. I will definitely NOT purchase anything else from this company in the future -- other inexpensive keyboard brands are available that will more than likely actually work as advertised. Therefore, purchase at your own risk.

> 3 dayI have been using this keyboard for school and work and love it. Keys feel great, it esthetically looks awesome, and super low cost for what you are getting. Highly recommend.

> 3 dayThe Keys are not that quiet, but slightly quieter than my last. Not great but Good overall construction. I havent experienced any lag yet. However, I am not a heavy gamer. When its plugged into the usb to charge it acts like a usb keyboard which is a good thing. Nice colorful backlit keys. A good budget wireless gaming keyboard.

> 3 dayThis keyboard set me back $40, and it was quite the bargain. The keys have a nice texture and the keystrokes are very responsive. The media shortcuts work immediately after I plugged it in. I find myself using the search and calculator shortcuts the most. The backlighting is helpful and you can easily find the keys you are looking for in a dark room. The LEDs turn off after a few minutes to conserve power, which is understandable. I had to charge it once in two weeks. That is pretty good considering I use it for work as well as play. It pairs really well with UtechSmart Venus Pro RGB Wireless MMO Gaming Mouse.

> 3 dayIve only had it for a couple of days but so far Im liking this keyboard. The only issue that Im currently having is that it wont hold a charge. I left it plugged in overnight and when I disconnected the power cord, nothing worked. I can only use it when its plugged into a power source which technically takes away from it truly being wireless. Ive contacted the company for assistance so my rating may change depending on the results. My only other complaint is that the keys arent as bright as I might like but I love all the color varieties. The typing aspect of this keyboard is amazing! The keys are super smooth and quiet! Overall, I really like it so hopefully they can help me figure out why it wont charge so I can keep it. UPDATE: I received an email back from the company telling me that I needed to contact Amazons Customer Service department to either return or replace the product! No troubleshooting questions, just call Amazon. I did call Amazon and they, however, were very helpful! I received a replacement faster than when I ordered the original! The company contacted me again (after I gave 3 stars), telling me that they would like to address any issues or concerns and to reply back so they can work to resolve my issues. After replying that Amazon has already resolved my issues, they apologized for the inconvenience and that I should contact them if I have any issues with the new keyboard. To be honest, Im thankful that there have been no issues so far because Im not confident that they wouldnt just send me back to Amazon again. So far, this keyboard is working the way it should and I really like it! Im going to change my rating from 3 stars to 4. Now that I have a properly working product, I really like it but Im only giving it 4 stars because the Companys Customer Service is lacking in the service department.

> 3 dayEasy to set the lights to customize them. The labels for the keys light up, there is no light spillage from under the keyboard, unlike a lot I have seen and one I bought. The keyboard is relatively quiet and very comfortable. Had it several weeks now and very happy.

> 3 dayI like the size and feel of the buttons. It is great for gaming in a dimly lit room, and it also has a good battery life. Only thing I find mildly unlikable is that when the battery wants to be charged it will start stuttering during button presses. This makes it seem like movement in video games is lagging or bugged. I do like that it lets you know when the battery is low without just dying completely, and when it is full to help prevent overcharging it. It might be preferable for it to have a largish flashing light for battery indication but it isnt to big of a bother.
