> 3 dayI almost never use the 0 key on this keyboard. Yet it got stuck and would not stop. It is an internal problem as I have tried to fix it. Great keyboard, but I was kinda hoping it would last a little longer than a couple months.

> 3 dayEdit- I received my replacement keyboard today and when I tell you for a $60 keyboard this thing is trash I type all day and this this thing sucks it misses characters or keys get stuck and won’t stop. By far the worst keyboard I have ever used my $10 keyboard from $5 below works 100000% better than thins one but is not designed for wrist support which is why I splurged on this. Extremely disappointed and I will never purchase with this company again there products are not worth the money spent. Let me start by saying I absolutely love the design of the keyboard. I think it’s gorgeous. I love the lights it has good battery power. What I don’t like is at three single key sticks and I can’t get it to stop. I work in compliance and I’m writing emails every single day all day and at least 15 to 20 times a day The key gets stuck and I can’t stop. Debating on returning.

> 3 dayIts a horrible feeling when you watch various how to videos, see the people demonstrating which keys to push to make things happen, then discover that most of what theyre showing does NOT work when you try to do the exact same thing. In the case of this keyboard, I have major problems with changing the background colors, etc. For instance, holding down the FN button and hitting the HOME button multiple times will supposedly scroll through the various colors so you can pick one -- miner does not -- the colors keep scrolling on their own and keep breathing so I cant even lock on a solid color. Another time, I once got the breathing to stop, but then the only color I could get was white and the HOME key didnt do anything again, just kept the white color. Frustrating as all heck. Has anyone else run across this dilemma where the keys dont function the way videos for this K503 model demonstrate? The manufacturers website was simply worthless when it comes to answering questions.. Anyway, if it hadnt been so inexpensive, I would have returned the damned thing since part of it doesnt work as instructed or as demonstrated. To be fair, though, there are some pluses.. The act of typing itself is quite satisfactory - in other words, the keys are quiet and seem to actually function -- unlike the color-changing buttons -- and the spacing is fine so that there are no problems with hitting incorrect keys, plus the keys feel firm. Still, I guess I just have to suck it up and stay with a white color or a rainbow display and live with having no other options to select -- at least the darned thing functions as a typewriter, which I suppose is the bottom line. Nevertheless, the problem with the color features are infuriating and disappointing. I will definitely NOT purchase anything else from this company in the future -- other inexpensive keyboard brands are available that will more than likely actually work as advertised. Therefore, purchase at your own risk.

> 3 daySeemed like a good value for the price. Hardware worth the price. Only Issue is, changing the light sequence a few times totally killed my Windows 11 system. Everything froze, Loud buzzing noise from speakers, computer completely restarted. This is a new Dell XPS 8940, which has been installed from scratch. Very clean, lean system with 64 GB Ram. It died while I was running a few VMWare Servers / clients. Not good. Wished it would have worked out.

Greater than one weekI scoured Amazon’s reviews before finding this gem. I wanted a full size white LED backlit quiet wired keyboard for my home office. I love that this one has options for the light settings and patterns. And it’s QUIET. I work from home and spend most of my time in virtual meetings so being able to type without interrupting speech or having to mute myself is a huge plus. The keys are tactile when pressed but don’t click. It has a nice ergonomic shape as well. Fits perfect with or without a wrist rest. Several other keyboards I looked at had oddly-sized or missing buttons altogether, such as a half-size left shift key, or vertical Enter key. This one has all the keys in all the right shapes and places. This came delivered in an Amazon box, but has its own Redragon packaging. The box has full pictures and is sealed with branded stickers to show it’s new. It also came with an easy to understand user manual and a brand logo sticker. Another little thing that is kind of nice is that the cord has an attached Velcro wrap to keep it from getting tangled. My docking station is only a few inches from my keyboard so it’s wrapped up, but if you needed it can definitely stretch a lot further. One other thing to note is that the letters/symbols are not see through like on the black keyboard. The keys are solid white with dark gray print. You can see in photos it’s still bright enough to see each letter even in the dark.

> 3 dayThis keyboard works fantastically. Its fairly silent (though not entirely), has adjustable lights, and very convenient to recharge while staying connected. Only weird thing I found about this that really bugs me personally since Im a Firefox user is that for some reason, the shortcut Left Ctrl+Left Shift+P doesnt work. Even weirder is every other method works, such as Left Ctrl+Right Shift+P, Right Ctrl+Left Shift+P, and Right Ctrl+Right Shift+P. I even tried it on my laptop keyboard and it works fine. I even tried the Edge equivalent (Ctrl+Shift+N) and it works fine, but for some reason, its just the Left Ctrl+Left Shift+P that doesnt work. Its sad that Im returning this keyboard for this reason, as this keyboard is fine in everything else.

Greater than one weekI really like this keyboard. Very quiet, very light and the very easy to change the color options is very nice. The only downfall I have and it is not a game changer for me is that I wish you could make this a bit brighter when adjusting the backlighting. Still kind of faint especially with some of the darker colors. Makes things somewhat hard to see. But all in all a very nice keyboard.

> 3 dayThis isnt a bad keyboard for the money. While it isnt the best keyboard it seems to be one of the top ones in its price range. It definitely is not for FPS or esports gaming but its still an excellent general use and casual/RPG/strategy gaming keyboard. Personally Im not a fan of RGB but I never knew what a difference a backlit keyboard in solid green could make. In fact this keyboard is the only RGB I use on my rig (My mouse is RGB but I have that annoyance turned off.). Update 05/31/21 : I purchased this keyboard in mid-December 2019 and it is still functioning the same as the day I first got it. Ive had no problems with it whatsoever. No sticking keys. Backlight functions are still working and the brightness hasnt diminished. Honestly I can see it lasting another year and a half which is exceptional for a budget keyboard.

> 3 dayThe Keys are not that quiet, but slightly quieter than my last. Not great but Good overall construction. I havent experienced any lag yet. However, I am not a heavy gamer. When its plugged into the usb to charge it acts like a usb keyboard which is a good thing. Nice colorful backlit keys. A good budget wireless gaming keyboard.

> 3 dayIve only had it for a couple of days but so far Im liking this keyboard. The only issue that Im currently having is that it wont hold a charge. I left it plugged in overnight and when I disconnected the power cord, nothing worked. I can only use it when its plugged into a power source which technically takes away from it truly being wireless. Ive contacted the company for assistance so my rating may change depending on the results. My only other complaint is that the keys arent as bright as I might like but I love all the color varieties. The typing aspect of this keyboard is amazing! The keys are super smooth and quiet! Overall, I really like it so hopefully they can help me figure out why it wont charge so I can keep it. UPDATE: I received an email back from the company telling me that I needed to contact Amazons Customer Service department to either return or replace the product! No troubleshooting questions, just call Amazon. I did call Amazon and they, however, were very helpful! I received a replacement faster than when I ordered the original! The company contacted me again (after I gave 3 stars), telling me that they would like to address any issues or concerns and to reply back so they can work to resolve my issues. After replying that Amazon has already resolved my issues, they apologized for the inconvenience and that I should contact them if I have any issues with the new keyboard. To be honest, Im thankful that there have been no issues so far because Im not confident that they wouldnt just send me back to Amazon again. So far, this keyboard is working the way it should and I really like it! Im going to change my rating from 3 stars to 4. Now that I have a properly working product, I really like it but Im only giving it 4 stars because the Companys Customer Service is lacking in the service department.
