> 24 hourSo far so good, button assignment is easy (download software from their web site) macros are easy, all around nice fit in my hand. Gives me 4 programmable buttons (the two on top but I leave them as dpi +-), the buttons are enough for me, I tried the ones that have 12 buttons at the thumb and I think its a extremely DUMB idea, back six you cant use in game realistically and at best of the front six you may use 3 or 4. Now lets see how long it lasts (thats the true test)

> 24 hourI am always buying and trying different mice because I trade the stock market. I hate a mouse that the weight of my finger causes an accidental click because Im always randomly buying into a position in a stock I dont want to be in and it always causes me to lose money. Half the time I dont even know it unless I have the volume turned up on my laptop and I heard the order filled sound. I ordered a Logitech G603 and got it in the mail several days ago as well but i still got accidental clicks with it because the buttons were too easy to press. Not what I wanted. This sniper pro is perfect. I have to purposefully click it to get a click. I can hear the clicks which I also like. Its super cool looking, and much more comfortable than any other mouse Ive had. Its on the larger side for my small man hands which I like as it helps keep my fingers off whatever surface Im using it on. I dont like my pinky finger getting drug around all the time. I wish I could change the color on the scroll wheel though as its green and I dont like green. I can live with it though as I still really like this mouse. I havent used it for gaming so cant comment on that.

> 24 hourThe first one I got may have been faulty, it would barely go a day without needing to be recharged and would sometimes stutter across the screen terribly. I had it replaced and the second is definitely better. Both of the mouses scroll wheels tend to squeak when being used, which can get a bit agitating. Theres also not much indication for when the mouse battery is low. When its full the scroll wheel turns green but afterwards you just need to remember to charge it every couple days. Would be nice if the rgb or scroll wheel turned red when low. But thats just a quality of life suggestion and nothing against the product.

> 24 hourAs stated above, this mouse is a bit confusing. What you are purchasing is M801P-RGB, not a mammoth, not a sniper, so some of the reviews do not apply. In order to take full advantage of the features you need to log on to redragonusa.com not redragon.com. You will not find the drivers on the later. In addition you will need to add software to your computer in order to use the drivers. I am not very computer savvy so I asked my wife to show me.... yes, I said wife. It was still a bit of an ordeal because the packaging states that it is a Sniper Pro. Download thise drivers and you get frustrated like I did. Once you do have the drivers you can play with the features. You can switch between the two profiles with the button on the bottom of the mouse. Something to remember, at least on my computer, once you minimize the setup menu you cannot get it back without restarting your computer. (Must be my crappy HP) The mouse is comfortable in my hand. The buttons are very responsive and easy to reach. The mouse feels very nice. I like the way you can manipulate the colors and change brightness and speed of the effects. Now the negatives, I prefer the snipers drivers because you can change to 5 different profiles. I prefer the snipers ability to better customize the buttons on the mouse; you can use it for work and play by just switching profiles. The ability to change the buttons on the M801P-RGB is severely decreased. The thing I dislike the most is the band around the box has printed Sniper Pro on it but has the nomenclature for the M801P-RGB. Is this intentional? It is certainly misleading. The booklet doesnt clear anything up either it simultaneously mention the item you purchased as a mouse in one sentence and a keyboard in the next. All in all, once I figured it all out it is a good mouse, great for certain gaming. It should add the features of the less expensive Sniper, but.... I dont work for Redragon. Lastly, I also purchased the Redragon Magic Wand Pro key board which is just a delight.... if you are in the market for a keyboard.

> 24 hourI have a wired Redragon mouse (the M601) for my desktop that I absolutely love and that cost a whopping $14. Because of how much I love the mouse, I thought Id stick with the brand for my new gaming laptop. This one was 4x the price and I honestly dislike it more and more every time I use it. Lets talk pros: its pretty. I enjoy the rainbow colors and unlike my cheap mouse, the software actually works with this one. So thats cool. I also like the size/shape of it. Even with rather petite hands, its a comfortable grip. Unfortunately, there are more cons and pros. The biggest issue I have is it squeaks like crazy and just on the left click and it isnt a soft squeak either. This drives me absolutely crazy! The left click also lacks a crisp feeling and just feels incredibly cheap while also often being unresponsive. The battery life is.... not great. 2 hours is all it gets you unless youre on Eco, and honestly whats the point of an RBG gaming mouse if its going to die after 2 hours unless you disable the RBG feature? This is a minor thing to me, but annoying nonetheless. The scroll wheel can be slow to respond as well and the DPI feels inconsistent regardless of what setting I have it on. I just overall really dont care for this mouse. Im planning to return and trying a different Redragon wireless, but well see how it goes.

> 24 hourGood mouse. Holds a charge for a decent amount of time. About two days with the lights on and three or four on eco setting. The left mouse button squeaks a bit. Thats probably only a problem with the mouse that I received and not the mouse in general. I didnt want to send it back and do without. Thats why I only gave it four stars.

> 24 hourIve only had this mouse for a couple of days but these are my impressions thus far. At its price point this mouse feels quite sturdy and well built of quality materials and it has an eye-pleasing aesthetic. It fits my large hand comfortably and I can access all of the buttons easily. My only gripe is that the rearmost of the three side buttons comes pre-mapped to the shift key negating my ability to map it as I wish, but first-world problems, right? Moving on, I like that the mouse sensitivity can be adjusted right on the mouse and the under-lighting is a cool bonus to go along with the lighting on my keyboard. Additionally, the mouse can be used wired or wireless. Using it wired is how you charge it for wireless use. It will function wirelessly and with the under-lighting on continuously for around 9 hours, so thats a days work or a killer gaming session with no problems. Overall Im pleased with this mouse and would recommend it for all but the most serious of gamers and for those with a moderate budget.

> 24 hourOverall, its a nice mouse, however, there are some minor issues with the aesthetics. Pros: Fits hand nicely. Its a good size and has solid materials Bottom LED trim looks sexy Software options are pretty solid for a mouse in the $40 range. It even has Macro capabilities The mouse goes to sleep automatically The DPI options are insane Has a plethora of configurable buttons Cons: Cant have the lights glow any desired color when connected via wire. Either lights off or see the charging indication lights The LEDs for the trim look nice, but the LEDs for the dragon logo are very dim and dont match any selected color via the software. It looks terrible. I just turned that specific light off There is an RGB LED within the scroll wheel, yet it always stays off and you cant turn it on or adjust its color in the software. The only time it is used is when you are charging it. This seems like a major manufacturing mess up imo

> 24 hourBought this mouse on Amazon after the last gaming mouse I bought turned out not to be as useful as I had hoped. It doesnt quite have the same look as the first mouse I bought (I like a nice balance between function and style when I buy products), but it works way better than the last mouse I bought. It has a similar light-up feature to the previous mouse, but the design is obviously different. The light-up logo and the light-up base of the mouse is really cool. I was able to game for hours using this mouse. Plus, the fact that it has both wired and wireless setup options means that I have versatility when using it (in case battery is low, etc.). Would definitely recommend to other people.
