The package came with a bad digitizer and only had 3 sides with adequate glue. the home button also moves around and did not stay in place. The bad digitizer was not apparent until a week after installing it on the ipad with limited use.

I cannot tell if it works well yet since LCD that was purchased was bad, but it seems to be nice and clean (New).

The digitizer works great, but the adhesive is not as strong as needed. I cleaned the edge of the iPad case using mineral spirits to ensure that all dirt and adhesive residue was removed before applying the new screen, but it fails to stick effectively at the bottom. A protective case is working to hold it in place.

Its not unusual to get a defective part so Im not going to hammer this with a one star (if I had ordered 2 or more and they had been defective, then yes). The one I ordered did have the copper vs aluminum around the inside glass. You will need Kapton tape during the installation across the bottom contacts and to wrap the ic (if you fail to do this you will get screen jumping) The left third of the digitizer stopped responding after about 2-3 days. Returned.

The first one I ordered came cracked. I had to order a 2nd one. The 2nd one did the trick.
