It does the job for replacement IPad Mini. One little gripe I encountered, the adhesive its not really sticking on the bottom and the side part. As a result, the ipad its not 100% sealed.

Works as expected

No the screen did not meet my expectations. There was a defect in the glass that was not noticeable until it was installed. The seller tried to blame it on my experienced technician. All I wanted was another screen to finish the job but I was out my $17.00 plus shipping. Not happy and I would not order from them again!

It ok. My wife says the screen doesnt work as well as the original Apple one did.

Met my expectations

The camera hole was off so I had to buy another and do it again. The second seems to be ok, but the fact that it was off spec at all is just not right.

Replaced iPad mini 2 screen with this part and it worked relatively well. I ordered Kapton tape with it as well because initially I experienced ghost touching. I was very generous with the tape and that cleared it up. I think ghost touching would happen even with an OEM screen if you dont insulate the ribbon cables well enough; it seems to be pretty common. The 3 stars come from how gratuitous I was with the Kapton tape and the fact that the smart cover still does not work. Ive read that the Kapton tape should help that issue as well but in this case I think you get what you pay for in the cheaper option for the screen. The replacement works but you lose the smart cover capability. I put the magnets back in where they belong and in my opinion did a hell of a job replacing the screen. If anyone has had a different experience, please reply here and let me know what you did! Ill happily give this a 5 star review if this problem can be resolved.

The quality is low, dont buy it !! I replaced the broken screen on my wifes iPad mini retina, and even if everything seems to be ok from the beginning, after a couple of minutes of usage, the digitizer starts to act crazily, not responding properly, the picture on the screen is shaking. Tried to restart the iPad many times - the same result. Unfortunately, I cannot return this item because I live in Moldova (i ordered it during my trip to US). Bad investment.

Ive bought this brand before for a different version of ipad.. and unfortunately its the same results.. very bad phantom touch. Ive tried this brand twice and been disappointed twice.. i will no longer buy this brand of digitizer.

Worked well for a month now screen presses on its own.
