I bought two of these as replacements. My experience with the first replacement glass has been about 85% great. The taped off edges of the glass is a very nice feature, but the protective plastic covers on both sides of the glass left a residue that was difficult to clean off the front side of the glass. Other than that, Id buy these again. From what I understand, many of these glass replacements (from different companies) arrive DOA. So far, Im happy with the first unit, and am sure the second will work just fine. Ill update after I do the second replacement.

DoA. After carefully installing with prescribed directions and all precautions, screen was unresponsive after reassembly. Took apart entire iPad and rechecked cables. All were seated correctly. Unfortunately, I was unable to install for several months after purchasing so I missed my return window. Be careful for dead on arrival parts.
