> 3 dayThis worked well for what it is but I had to exchange it for a 100W. I need my 20 gallon terrarium in the 78-81° range and this couldn’t get it higher than about 75°. To be fair, the room with the terrarium is usually around 68° this time of year, so it had some extra work to do. Just know this will not get a larger tank very hot.

> 3 dayReplaced the red warming bulb with this and baby chicks slept through the night without bickering. Highly recommend! Not sure how warm it will keep outdoor chicks in cold weather, but worked great for new chicks indoors.

> 3 dayFor years Ive used propane heaters on my pipes to keep them from freezing in my well house for my off the grid house. Electric heaters took too much electricity. This bulb keeps things from freezing but is energy efficient enough to not drain my batteries and last overnight without me having to charge the batteries from the generator. Love it. Wish I discovered it years before. My cats like it too, keeps them warm.
