Works great! Retains the cold temp beautifully, >1hr still cool. Initial placement is almost too cold and I need a thick or double towel layer plus clothes on to tolerate but I LOVE IT! And it’s durable for when I forget about it and step on it or squish it with something heavy. Only thing I would say is a strap to better hold in place would be nice but after surgery I wasn’t moving much. LOVE IT!

I bought this ice pack and another one at the same time. The other one is warm to the touch when this one is still ice cold. I love this because it wraps nicely around my knee or over my shoulder and it stays cold forever. I just ordered another one because I like this so much.
