Easy to use and works great for relief of pain where cold is needed... Wraps easily around legs.

I use it for my aching hip. I put it into at least five pillow cases, as it gets that cold. Dont put it on bare skin or on just a thin cloth.

Can use for ice pack in cooler, pain relief hot or cold. Definitely use a towel with it hot because it is molten when heated up. 1 downside is the material can stain easily if the microwave is dirty.

Its good for the price. But you have to make sure it lays flat to keep shape.

These ice packs are fabulous! Thick outer shell and nice and full with gel. I bought another kind and they were pitifully thin....but not these! I will be having back surgery and the size is perfect to cover the whole area. These also stay cold for a very long time. These are made well with a thick outer covering. Great product!!!!!

This ice pack is slightly smaller than my other one however it is half the cost and gets just as cold. Because it was so much cheaper, I got three of the them and it works great! And they came next day! good thing too because two of us in the house had injuries and were fighting over the one good icepack we had!

I have chronic back pain from working on my art projects. This ice pack is not only very cold after freezing, but it is also very easy to manipulate into the shape that I want it to stay on my back while I am working. I often tie a belt around it to hold it in place so I can walk around with it. The ice pack stays cold for quite a long time, and then cools quickly after refreezing it. I highly recommend this product for anyone who uses ice to relieve pain.
