> 3 dayThese ice/hot packs are well constructed and a great size. As an ice pack, the therapeutic chill lasts well over half an hour and still retains a nice cooling temp long after that. Plus, it is not stiff so it conforms to joints. The rounded corners and stitched edges are a nice touch for added comfort.

14-06-2025This ice pack works great. I keep it in the freezer and take it out to put it on my lower back after doing some P.T. exercises. It is large enough to cover a good portion of my lower and/or mid-back. It looks just like the same pack they use at the physical therapist office I visit.

Greater than one weekRecovering from my knee injury (torn ACL) and I use this ice pack every night after playing sports and it has become a life saver. Great price. Perfect size to ice my knee. Doesn’t leak or produce a lot of condensation.

11-06-2025Lasts a long time. Use an ACE bandage to secure to leg or shoulder. Well built and medium weight. Would be nice if it had velcro straps

Greater than one weekIts not going to do more for pain relief than any other source of cold will (if I need assistance with pain, thats what pain pills of various kinds are for), but sometimes you just need to ice your muscles or tendons down and this works well for that. During spring my achilles tendons were giving me issues, so I threw this thing in the freezer and then after it froze I pulled it out, laid down with a thin sheet over the affected area and laid the ice pack over both of my legs and let the cold do its thing. That helped me with getting my tendon inflammation down so that I could carefully stretch my legs and work them back into no longer having inflamed tendons. Along the way this product did what I needed it to, what it was supposed to, and is a very good ice pack. I wouldnt use it for raw meat at a barbeque for example, but thats what cheap plastic ice packs are for. Wash those in some cleaning product, or rinse them with rubbing alcohol or whatever and theyre back to sanitized. These things are made of durable fabric and have a gel that freezes to a near-solid state, so even while theyre fully frozen they still kind of malleable. If I recall right it also has heating instructions on it, but I havent used it as a heating pad so I cant really say anything other than: I expect it to work for such with a similar level of excellence. Follow the instructions it comes with, and are printed on it, and it will serve you well for its intended uses.

> 3 dayGreat size for what I needed for my back pain. These packs retain their temp for a long time, I’ve used for 2+ hours before and they still felt cold after. Great value for the effect they provide. 10/10 would buy again
