> 3 dayWorks great! Retains the cold temp beautifully, >1hr still cool. Initial placement is almost too cold and I need a thick or double towel layer plus clothes on to tolerate but I LOVE IT! And it’s durable for when I forget about it and step on it or squish it with something heavy. Only thing I would say is a strap to better hold in place would be nice but after surgery I wasn’t moving much. LOVE IT!

> 3 dayMy friend lent me her medical grade/expensive ice pack until I bought this one. This is every bit as nice; Im impressed. May buy another as a spare. When I am hunched doing a project for a long period of time, such as gardening or not sitting straight with arms outstretched in front of me, my middle back spasms for days. If I lay on this ice pack when I go to bed, the spasm/inflammation is GONE.

> 3 dayThe size is perfect for a shoulder or back. I bought the sling that holds the icepack so we wouldnt have to worry about keeping the icepack in place. Delivery as promised!

> 3 dayThese ice packs are fabulous! Thick outer shell and nice and full with gel. I bought another kind and they were pitifully thin....but not these! I will be having back surgery and the size is perfect to cover the whole area. These also stay cold for a very long time. These are made well with a thick outer covering. Great product!!!!!

> 3 dayMy husband had total knee replacement recently and a friend who is a physical therapist gave us hers to try. I bought 2 myself (freeze one/use one). Because they were so easy to use and helpful (decreased swelling = decreased pain) he actually iced his knee more often and for a longer period of time. The cooling system he came home with from the hospital was very inconvenient so he didnt like using it. He did use the velcro wrap they sent him home with to keep this ice pack in place. It conformed around his knee and could use one on the bottom and one of the top if he felt he needed additional cooling. It conformed nicely around his knee but I can see where it would do the same around other parts of the body should it be needed. Two friends also had knee replacement surgery and ordered the packs because we liked them so well. Havent used them for heat application so cant speak to that.

> 3 dayI have sciatic and nerve issues on the left side of my body that also affects my lower back. I bought the two pack and I am able to use one to ice my back, upper thigh, as well as the side of my hip where there is inflammation. I use a second one on my lower back and sciatic nerve area. Because of the size I am able to hit all the key areas at once and with the folds, it can wrap around needed areas. They are durable, so I do not have to worry about it breaking. Just a great source of relief in the mornings and then evenings after work. It has helped decrease pain, so that I can go back to working on correcting some of the issues and not be hampered with exercise stopping pain. Of course it is not a cure all, but it is a helpful tool. Great quality.

> 3 dayI keep one in the freezer and one in the cabinet for heating. I used them often before my shoulder surgery and they were a lifesaver.

> 3 dayBought this because it’s summertime and I’m a hot sleeper. It’s perfect to cool me off and keep me cool. It doesn’t get hard like ice but is as cold as ice! It’s very soft and malleable. Stays cold for several hours.

> 3 dayStays comfortably cold for a long time. After hip replacement this was very useful to me: flexible and comfortable...better than ice or some of my other reusable packs. Very glad I bought them.
