Rio Grande Games Dominion Dark Ages Expansion, Brown

Great game!

One of the best expansions to my favorite game. It is the most complex though and is not for people new to Dominion. Get some experience under your belt.

Awesome addition to the Dominion. Definitely add another layer to the game.

Just what they wanted

My little brothers and I wanted to get expand on our fathers game, Dominion, which he plays almost obsessively. I rely on Amazon for most of my orders, so it was only routine to get the game here. Sure, the delivery was prompt, but game itself was damaged on the corner, despite the fact, I bought it new. I shop on Amazon because of its fast delivery (for Prime members) and delicacy on the products; however, if this is the quality we get, I suppose going down to the Comic Games store is the way to go. :(

Good expansion, however not the first one I would buy. I recommend getting intrigue and prosperity before this one. That being said not Dominion expansion I have ever played wasnt good.

Dominion: Dark Ages is the 7th and penultimate expansion for the deck-building game Dominion. Dark Ages is NOT a standalone expansion, meaning you will need Dominion, Dominion: Intrigue, or Dominion: Base Cards to play with this set. That being said, Dark Ages is a very robust expansion with lots to offer. It includes 35 new kingodm decks (34 are actions, and 1 is victory), making it the biggest expansion of the series. The theme of this set is a bit more doom and gloom than previous releases. As much as Dominion: Prosperity is about wealth and good fortune, this set is about the dregs of society and the squalor it thrives in. Many of the cards names fit well with this theme: Beggar, Death Cart, Graverobber, Hermit, Junk Dealer, Rats, Scavenger, Vagrant, etc.

Incredible game rules are super clear! yet leaves tons of room for creativity

I absolutely love Dominion. I play every chance I get. Dark Ages took the old Dominion I knew, and turned it on its head! So many different facets of the game have been introduced by this expansion, that it takes quite some time to really understand them all. That is kind of amazing for a game that has had a half-dozen expansions before this one.

Like all good expansions, this expansion adds variety to the play style that isn’t available in other expansions.
