Very convenient to enter your camper not having to look for keys

Installation was easy. This is a must for RV’s as the key fob make entry and locking so convenient. Glad I made this purchase and recommend it.

Item arrived quickly, installed in a matter of about 10 minutes. Hardest part was getting the wiring to fit in the space but it was not a big issue and nothing different could have been done to make it better. Seriously, not an issue. I do like that there are eight distinct numeric buttons. Our old camper had four but each had two numbers on them. This is nicer. I love the fobs, they work well! My only complaint is the extremely loud chime sound it makes when it is done locking/unlocking. You can shut the sounds off but I do like the beeps when buttons are pressed and it is all or none. This may be less of an issue as I can see us using the fobs more than the numbers anyway, but it should be known that it is fairly loud. But, I do highly recommend this lock!

Sturdy product. Easy to install. Simple programming.

The functions and features are all there. Manual control for the main lock is still there. The deadbolt reacts as it should. Easy enough passcode and key fob pairing. The tones are obnoxiously loud or silent (You will let your neighbors know what you are doing with this). Functionally on silent it’s practically perfect. On the inside with all things considered its nearly see through dead bolt latch gives you a dwindled bit of optimism as it rattles in its placement. Im guessing there is a hole on the handle for a lanyard or something because you have almost no handle to actually close the door. Give me more plastic! Overall, looking forward to version 6…almost perfect.

Stopped working and locked us out after only 4 months. Not worth the money and fear of not being able to get inside to get our pets, our belongings. Key fob stopped working after maybe a month and a half. Neither work. Have replaced batteries three times in the pathetically 4 months we’ve owned it. We are full time. Brand new rig.. this should NOT be faulty. SCARY being locked out.. not reliable AT ALL! Do NOT recommend.

I liked that it was super simple to install. It me about 10 minutes to do from start to finish. Also, the lifetime warranty is great.

Really loving this lock. It was pretty easy to install. Like that we don’t have to bring keys. Just enter the code you programmed. If you want you can bring the key or the key fob. With the key fob you just push the unlock or lock button.

We have loved having this lock and have found the usefulness is well worth the purchase. However, recently I had a problem with the key after having owned the lock for some time. I called and spoke to Courtney who was not only cordial, understanding, and professional, but she also quickly honored the lifetime* warranty and resolved my issue rapidly. I would highly recommend them for their product and service!
