My nephew is famous for coming into our camper while we’re not home and then leaving the door wide open. We got this and it’s been a life saver. The remotes are way more helpful than I would have thought. We have one next to the bed and when we forget to lock the door after we’re all settled, it is SO nice to just click a button and it’s locked. No more having to get up out of bed to lock the door. Our code has repeating digits. If you click them too fast together than it thinks you only clicked it once and won’t unlock.

The lock was physically easy to install, but programming the code and the remotes took longer than the 10 minute install time they claim. Remote was easy to install, but programming the code was a bit more difficult. I read all instructions, but nowhere did I see that only the deadbolt was tied to the code/remotes. I thought something was wrong because the top lock didnt work, only the bottom dead bolt functioned. After reading other reviews/comments on Amazon I found out both locks didnt function, only the bottom deadbolt. Had I known that it wouldnt have taken as long to figure out. Also reading reviews I found out I could press the #1 button for 3 seconds to turn off the alert sound telling me the lock functioned properly when I used the remote/code. ALSO, the #1 key does not light up like all the others. I guess I will live with that as I dont relish sending it back and installing it again.

We have loved having this lock and have found the usefulness is well worth the purchase. However, recently I had a problem with the key after having owned the lock for some time. I called and spoke to Courtney who was not only cordial, understanding, and professional, but she also quickly honored the lifetime* warranty and resolved my issue rapidly. I would highly recommend them for their product and service!

I use the find the right lock feature from RVLock web site. It was easy. There are always doubts as to weather you got the right one. It arrived and I followed instructions. It says ten minutes but that might be pretty aggressive if your not handy. The only thing I was surprised by is that there was no Zero or Nine selection to be had when setting your discount code. All in all everything went great.

This lock was super easy to install, replacing factory lock. Took only 10 minutes to uninstall original and reinstall new lock. Another 10 minutes to program code and fobs. Perfect fit. Heavy secure lock, much more than rv factory lock that was installed on rv. Just follow instructions included in box, and it’s a snap.

RVLock solves the issue of needing to have a physical key to the RV. The keypad allows anyone with the key code to access the RV. The lock appears to be very well made with steel making up the majority of build materials. The installation is very straightforward and only took a few minutes for the lock to be changed over and programmed.

Love the design of the key pad. Ease of installation.

Dont know how we ever lived without it! Great product. Easy to install.
