> 3 dayThese are wonderful, and will keep my grandson from squishing his fingers in the doors. He loves to open and close doors and now I don’t have to worry about these. They are easy to use, and just slide out of the way when I don’t need them.

> 3 dayThis device works great for keeping one very clever cat from getting into the closet. Super easy to install, took about one minute total, no tools needed.

Greater than one weekI wish wed thought to search for these sooner!! Weve had a folding door to our basement since we moved to our current home, and it has been a constant battle with our cats to keep them from going down there. Weve had a heck of a time blocking the basement from our crawlspace, so the cats would constantly come back upstairs with crickets, spiderwebs, and they could hide there if they didnt feel like getting attention (made it rough taking them to the vet if they got sick). We had to have a stool planted in front of the door for several years to solve the issue. Now, we have a toddler who can MOVE the stool. Uh-oh. Enter this doodad. It is very simple but a perfect solution. No more blocking the way and making it a pain to go in and out -- this can very easily just slide over across the top of the door to allow us quick access from both sides. It is tight enough to prevent the door from opening widely enough that a cat could slip through. Only one side has the hanging attachment, which is something to be wary of. We have an immediate stair dropoff on one side, so thats where we put it, but I can still barely reach and use it on the side without modification (Im 53).

> 3 dayI dont have kids. Not yet. I have the most food driven cats Ive ever seen. I have gotten child proofed locks on cupboards I didnt think they would get into. My issue was the pantry. I didnt think they could get in there until I woke up and the door was open. Then we stumbled on this. Now my mornings are focused on not getting my lunch get stolen as Im making it. I just have to remember to use it. My husband and I live in an apartment so the pantry is in the bathroom behind the door when its open. I thought well its behind the door, they cant get to it! Then came the locked cat in a room so we can contain the..... stench... That was the final straw. They have not tried to eat our food in a while and so far so good. Sure I try and open it when its locked but if it saves me grocery money Im alright with that.

> 3 dayWe had to buy this for our pantry because our cats are insane. They opened the door and tore open every treat bag in there. We learned our lesson after that :)

> 3 dayI wish I had known these existed way before now!!! My toddler has figured out every single lock we have in the house. She would go into her room and change clothes constantly. I put these locks on her closet folding doors and she cant open them anymore. I dont have to deal with her constantly changing clothes, picking up clothes all over the house, and the unnecessary big piles of laundry anymore!!!
